Positive first visit. From the receptionists to the dental nurses and the dentist herself, all were kind, considerate and professional. I had a few issues that needed sorting out from a previous dentist and Catherine explained exactly what needed doing, solved one issue on the spot and I am booked in for the extraction I need. I can be very nervous but felt completely at ease and not rushed. So pleased I am now with this practice. Thank you.
Ashley who owns the practice has always been excellent in the 30 years that I have been seeing him. He is efficient and always produces an excellent finish. Before he does anything he always explains exactly what is involved and will answer any questions and the price. I don’t like dentists but Ashley is very understanding of how best to make you comfortable. Also he is not totally money oriented it is about your care and what is best for you and what you can afford at the time. I would only see him because of his skill and the friendly atmosphere at his practice.
Excellent and professional attention at all times. I first used Ashley over 7 years ago for my fixed braces and tooth implant. I was so pleased with the results and attention to detail I have continued to travel to use the practice for all my dental needs. I can definitely recommend Balsall Common Dental Practice.
