I’ve been coming to this practice for nearly 40 years. I’ve always been very satisfied with the level of service I have received. The reception and dental nurses are always efficient and helpful and Dr Chauhan is very polite, patient and skilled. I recommend the practice to anyone.

Went for a polish with dental hygienest Sunaina and Nurse Laura and they were very comforting! They looked after my needs during the process and even explained what was going to happen before they started. First time I had a polish so didn't expect soo much water everywhere but they were nice enough to clean it up during the process 😅

They have an incredible service, my son uses the practice and they do so well. He really likes it plus the stickers he got at the end of every appointment.

I just wanted to say they have a exceptional Service including their customer service, I have been with the light lane dental for past three years specially as a International student I feel very fortunate to get a service like this away from home,The doctors, nurses and reception are really helpful, recently I had this time issue due to moving from coventry but they instantly called me to book my appointments once they got cancellation in their schedule, so within a week I sort out my issue, thanks to the really helpful staff and management.

As always my experience at Light Lane was very good. My new dentist Manbir took her time and was very helpful despite being extremely busy also Sharon on the desk was very welcoming and calm and efficient even though the waiting room was busy and her phone was constantly ringing. All in all a very satisfactory experience
