"Excellent care" I had a positive experience while visiting the clinic, receiving Informative and supportive approach. Dentist is friendly , reassuring and always on time . He explained every stage of the treatment in detail. I was happy with the treatment.

Been here, 3-4 years ago....an old doctor ( around 50-60 yo), when you did not find anyone anywhere (30 december 2015), everyone was doing cakes, cooking for New Year. He worked with so much care that I fall asleep on the chair while he was working on my tooth. I swear I fall asleep. It did not cost much, but I was prepared to pay more

Since moving to the area I was looking for a new dentist and honestly Refresh is the Best dentist I've seen in a long time. All staff is very nice and very professional. Makes you feel so comfortable and peaceful while having treatment I had my first Hygiene care yesterday with Shay she was amazing! I have a very complex set of requirements, and Dr Kimia has been my dental lifeline for nearly a decade now. Very knowledgeable, experienced, highly professional, truly passionate about dentistry and talented, she can always be relied on for the highest quality of work and unbiased, honest advice. The top quality service is combined with very welcoming atmosphere created by supportive, friendly, and experienced team. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Caspian for their ‘Diamond Clean’ for several years now. They are always friendly and helpful, and they provide a great service. I’m happy to recommend them and I’ll be returning next year.

Dr Kimia is the best. She is extremely knowledgeable and from a very strong academic background too which is what I always look for when I want to decide which dentist to choose from. She is also a very kind hearted person and not thinking about money only (which unfortunately is the case with majority of doctors nowadays). You will be in safe hands if you go to Kimia, trust me. I would like to thank her nurse too, very helpful during the process. I Have done 4 dental treatments as well as tooth hygine and they all turned out ok.

First time I’ve been to this practice and the dentist and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The dentist was great from start to finish in my 4 week process of 3 visits. He made me feel at ease, explained the process and was very thorough with his work. The practise is also in a lovely area and well maintained. One of the best dentists I’ve been to, It will now be my regular, I would definitely recommend.

Polite staff, who explain and give advice. It's a small practice so you may have to wait a few days for a call back but clam environment so excellent for people with phobia or other disability who would benefit from a calm environment.

I don’t normally leave reviews but as a very anxious patient I wanted to express my gratitude to Minesh Patel. I am extremely fearful of dentists and having implants felt impossible for me. My dentist recommended Minesh. I had 3 implants 2 at the top and one at the bottom, a sinus lift and bone graft. Throughout the treatment Minesh made me feel at ease and I was able to have sedation which was the best money I have ever spent. Minesh was very patient with me, explained everything and even gave me his mobile number in case I had any issues. I would highly recommend Minesh if you are a nervous patient. The difference it has made to me is life changing. The Nurse ( sorry I can’t remember your name ) was also with me throughout the process and was very reassuring and kind which makes a huge difference when you are so nervous. If you need implants and are thinking of going for it, I would highly recommend going to Crysallis and seeing Minesh Patel.

Went for my dental treatment and final appointment was today! Dr Kiran mistry was the dentist whom treated me at chrysalis dentist leavesden rd . I must say I felt no pain and he done a professional work and his nurse Nora was very efficient too . Both very polite and understanding.

From my initial call with the receptionist to arrange an emergency appointment to my treatment with Dr Gulshan, the entire experience was seamless, transparent, and reassuring. I was suffering from a tooth ache and, as an extremely nervous patient, I was apprehensive about the treatment process. However, every option was thoroughly explained to me, from extraction to root canal treatment, ensuring I had a clear understanding of my choices. The team took the time to answer all my questions patiently, making sure I felt heard and never dismissed. Feeling at ease, I decided to proceed with the extraction. Dr Gulshan carefully explained each step of the process, including what would happen if the procedure could not be completed that day. This level of communication reassured me, as I always knew what to expect. After giving one painless injection then tooth was successfully extracted. Throughout the procedure, I felt well cared for and supported. I was provided with comprehensive aftercare instructions and clear guidance on what to expect during recovery. At reception, I had the option to register as a patient at the practise and sign up to their membership plan. What began as an appointment I was dreading turned into a positive experience, thanks to the professionalism, kindness, and expertise of the entire team. The staff at Skins and Smiles are always very professional which is why I've been attending regularly for many years. This is my second hygiene appointment in as many weeks (after my introduction I had my 3 month visit.) I am not a fan of the dentist, I have ultra sensitive teeth. Chloe was a breath of fresh air. I feel like she was my dentist way longer than 3 months. Fantastic treatment, even down to Vaseline on your lips to start. I’ve never had that! Michelle and Chloe are a great team. I don’t mind the dentist as I know I’ll have a really positive experience and top quality treatment. The whole practice is cool, receptionists are all very friendly too. I highly recommend this dentist overall a winner for me.

Udita and her assistant were very helpful and professional. Udita(dental hygienist) explained all the steps and procedures they were doing. She was very patient to clean my teeth. It was worth every penny. I have booked a review for my teeth in 6 months.

I had a single bad experience where I wasn’t told that my appointment was cancelled so was of course very frustrated after making my way there heavily pregnant however since then I have been very happy with service received. Anjali Gandhi is a fantastic dentist. She is very thorough with explaining and is extremely personable.

I was seen by Dr Zuha & Marta who gave great advice and helped me choose what treatment to have.
