However, the real star of this clinic is Bobby, the receptionist. I had a broken filling and called outside of working hours, not expecting much. To my surprise, Bobby answered and was incredibly attentive and prompt. Even though there were no immediate appointments, he assured me he’d keep me informed about any cancellations. The next morning, Bobby called me with an available slot and arranged an appointment for me, demonstrating extraordinary customer service. Bobby’s dedication and support, even outside working hours, are truly commendable. His responsiveness and warm approach make all the difference. Highly recommend this clinic!
