I had fantastic service in the past when I originally brought 2 of my children here for treatment, so it went without saying that this was the place for me to have treatment myself. I attended here for 18 months and was treated by Dr Usmani, with great respect and efficiency. The staff were equally really nice and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice for any orthodontic treatment. I am so happy with the way my teeth have turned out thanks to Dr Usmani.

My daughter has had treatment for the past 17 months and today had her braces removed. She is really happy (as am I) with how fantastic her teeth now look. She’s just got the final stage to go through with the retainer. I can highly recommend Heaton Mersey Orthodontic Centre. All the staff have always been professional and friendly. The majority of the appointments my daughter has had were with Lisa who has been brilliant. She has always explained things fully to my daughter and has always been friendly, happy and chatty. This place is amazing and it changes people’s lives! My son started his treatment just over a year ago and I can’t believe the change in him! He’s more confident and can’t stop smiling! I have been coming here for over 2 years with my Son who has had braces treatment and from the start the whole team have been fantastic and exceeded my expectations! The professionalism, customer service for both parents and children is five star. They helped me and my Son understand the treatment process and milestones the whole way and we always felt welcomed and valued by all staff at every appointment. My Son built a wonderful relationship with the team and we are slightly sad we won’t have to go as often anymore. I would one hundred percent recommend them and use them again without question.
