The dentist and her dental assistant were delightful. I found them welcoming and efficient. The dentist gave clear and informative instructions. HOWEVER only four stars because of the reception staff........not even a pleasant greeting just "Have you an appointment?" I've reviewed before and on my subsequent visit found a marked improvement but today the training seems to have work out. So Dental Treatment 5/5 - Reception desk minus 1!

Been here twice as an emergency appointment and never had a problem. The staff are great and smiley and can't do enough for you. I would love to get on there as a patient but it's very hard to get a place but I'm not surprised why that is and the prices are not extortionate unlike some others I could mention..

What a lovely team of staff. I got an emergency NHS appointment due to a very large abscess, I'm an extremely nervous patient and messaged through a few hours beforehand explaining my situation. The dentist I was seeing had actually messaged me back with a lovely message reassuring me that I'll be absolutely fine and it's likely any work won't be carried out due to infection etc, reception were so lovely and friendly, both dentists were friendly and reassuring, didn't mess with my mouth much and could see the pain I was in and sorted antibiotics immediately. Thank you so much for keeping me calm and making it an easy process. It meant a lot to be treated so kindly when I've had years of ill treatment and bad experience.
