I had an excellent experience with Abigail, who is honestly the best hygienist I’ve ever had! She took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood how to care for my teeth. She was also so friendly and polite. Daniel was amazing with my daughter, keeping her entertained by making a balloon out of a glove she absolutely loved it! I had my appointment today with the Hygienist (Abigail) and Nurse (Rachel). They were both extremely nice and friendly. During my session I was given advice on how to clean my teeth in future, as well as being re-assured that my current techniques are working well too. I will be booking my next visit in 3 months time and will specifically ask for Abigail and Rachel. Always nice to have a calm experience as sessions at the dentist can be nerve-racking at times.

I visited Bupa Dental Care in Bolton on Dec. 4th as a new patient and let me tell you. It was the best experience I have ever had with a dental office. Everyone was incredible from the reception, to the dentist, and the hygienist. I'm not a fan of dentist offices for obvious reasons, but I felt comfortable and I felt that I had a thorough check up and cleaning. Dr. Patel was phenomenal! He explained everything he was testing and checking for, and we devised a proactive plan to tackle some old cavities. Him and Donna set the tone for the rest of my appointment. Then I was off to Hygienist, Abigail, alongside Rachel and let me tell you. It was quick, informative, and amazing. She gave me some tips on how to keep my teeth in pristine condition and more. I cannot recommend this office enough. If you are looking for a professional, clean, and friendly office for your dentistry needs, this is the place. I'm looking forward to introducing my son to them in a few weeks so that he too can experience a dental office that's amazing. It should start his journey off on a good foot, well into adulthood. Great service received while attending for a check-up. A warm welcome from the reception staff. Dr Samira is a fantastic dentist and made me and my children feel at ease throughout.
