I have been a patient at the practice for many years now. Due to some trauma caused by a dentist in my childhood (not one at Bupa Sale) I have a lot of anxiety surrounding the dentist. Every time I see a dentist at the practice I explain my trauma and anxieties to them and they are always so helpful, compassionate and understanding and most importantly for me, they respect my wishes as the patient. I cannot praise the staff enough!

I hadn't been to the dentist in far too long, but my recent visit was an absolute game-changer. The staff was incredibly welcoming and understanding, immediately putting me at ease. The dentist was exceptional, taking the time to explain every procedure in detail, ensuring I understood everything. Their communication was top-notch, making the entire process stress-free. I'm so grateful for their expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone, especially those who may have anxiety about dental visits.

I am a nervous patient but I have always been made to feel very comfortable by Jennifer. She is always kind and patient with me. The reception staff are always very friendly and helpful and I have always been able to get an appointment when needed.

I recently had a hygienist appointment with Faryal and dental nurse Qudsia, and I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism and kindness. They both maintained a calm and reassuring demeanor throughout the appointment. The reception staff were also very polite and welcoming. The entire practice is well-managed and efficient. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Bupa Dental Care Sale to anyone seeking quality dental care. Five stars are simply not enough to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received.

Having suffered with anxiety and nerves all my life going to the dentist is a very difficult task. I am normally early to all appointments I have as a way to deal with said nerves, so today was a bad day as I got the time wrong and started to feel myself getting flustered to put it mildly, however the amazing receptionist (sorry I didn't catch your name) seen my distress assured me not to worry or panick as she would speak to the Dr (Dr yang) and see if there was anything they could do to accommodate. They did and I managed to get seen by the amazing Dr Yang and I was made to feel comfortable whilst in the chair and all i can say is they went beyond expectations and were so kind and made what could have been a hellish experience for me very pleasant. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. 10/10 across the board. Thank you 😊
