Highly proffesional practice in every single way . All from receptionist to dentist really make you feel at ease. You feel the warm friendly atmosphere soon as you walk in the door.And I find that really important , Ah, Ah because so many scared to death think😀 The receptionist as you ring to get a appointment emergency situation or otherwise go out of their way to help you . They really are the best each one of them. I personally could not praise them highly enough. They extremely efficient .They really make sure all of them not jusr the dentist that you get the best care possible. Im really nervouse as am very sensitive to pain so I really value this place. I found my treatment was given prompt ,with extreme genuine care efficiently and A* standard!. My dentist was highly proffesional , Very friendly , never felt rushed in any way ,Had a abcess was treated with good antibiotics , I needed a a extraction went well ,had tooth put on a plate was able to come for this within 2 days , fits great.was seen promptly on time all occasions and treated very kindly very respectfully by the whole team . I was running late due to traffic I phoned ahead to let them know and they were really fine with it, no snide remarks or comments when I got there in fact the reception team were nice and polite and understanding and the dentist and the dental nurses were lovely.

My daughter was really worried about going to see the dentist. She is only 3 and has very few visits due to the pandemic. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and the dentist and thier assistant put her at ease. She enjoyed the experience in the end and she that she would be happy to go again. I have been a patient here for 10 years and travel to attend appointments as I trust them; they make it clear to me what and why they are advising specific treatments and I never feel pressured into making any decisions. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

No problem with bookings. Staff polite and welcoming. Have had Hygiene cleaning plus recently a root extraction. Two roots to remove, one was already broken and was not completely removed. So have been referred to a Dental Surgery and am waiting for appointment. I shall continue to use BUPA.

After visiting the Tooth Place Dental surgery I would highly recommend Dr. Chaudhary as he is an excellent dentist! He’s knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about his patients. I usually feel anxious at the dentist, but he made the experience comfortable and stress-free. His staff is also friendly and professional, which made my entire visit smooth. Excellent service from this establishment. It did not take long to get an appointment and that the dentists and receptionists were very professional. The dentists were very informative to their patients, letting them know all of their options before proceeding and were overall an excellent service. They also offered care after the procedure free of charge in case there were to be any issues after your visit. Would definitely go back here for future operations.

Amazing and friendly service! I needed to get my wisdom tooth surgically extracted, as my dentist couldn't do it, and needed an emergency appointment. Got it booked the first thing in the morning and after the scans and tests got it removed with the filling being done on another tooth as well. Didn't take too long at all. Pricing a bit more expensive than my usual dentist, but that's to be expected as this is an emergency service and the dentist who was treating me was very good and knowledgeable.

I recently visited a dentist to get my retainer after having braces, and I had a great experience. The staff was super welcoming, and the place was clean and well-organized. My retainer arrived in about three days, which was impressive. During my visit, they also checked my teeth and discovered over five cavities that my previous dentist hadn't mentioned. I had an excellent experience at Night and Day Emergency Dentist! After accidentally snapping my crown, I felt a bit anxious about what to do next. The team was incredibly proactive, and from the moment I walked in, they took the time to carefully assess the situation, discuss all of my options, and ensure I fully understood the process. What really stood out was their ability to complete the treatment on the same day, which lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. The professionalism and compassion they showed made a potentially stressful situation much easier to manage. I can highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental services.

Always get very anxious before a dentist appointment, but my first appointment with Shumalia and her assistant was relaxed, I've been back twice since then and I have another appointment soon. All my anxiety has gone, and actually look forward to going now. Great Dentist 👍

Never had a bad experience! Currently with Dr.Khan and he is great! Same with the nurse assistants and receptionist. They are all lovely and polite!

I would definitely 100% recommend the lady dentist upstairs Mrs. Amin, she is so professional, kind and always takes her time to give you all the options and the best advice. Kayla who assisted her was fantastic as always too, would not want to go anywhere else. Great team.

I've been assigned to this dentist for over 5 years, one thing I didn't like was the turn around of dentist some I was fine with and others didn't like. My recent visit last month again a new dentist! What a breath of fresh air Nadia is! My whole life under different dentist and my history with problems. Nadia is an amazing person never seen any dentist like her so reassuring and dealt with my problems with great professional advise and so reassuring. I came here as an emergency after a dreadful experience the week before at a different dentist. I've never had an issue at the dentist before, but the previous emergency treatment had left me traumatised. The dentist and her assistant were absolutely lovely, listened to me carefully and sympathetically. Explained what they were going to do, and as I was getting a bit nervous during the process, she stoked my hair and reassured me explaining everything they were doing and what it was going to feel and sound like. I was only there for 10 minutes but they made me feel like they had all the time in the world for me. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Even the lady on reception was kind and welcoming. Really commendable customer service

The lady and gentleman that dealt with me tonight was truly amazing. Not everything can go right when it comes to dentistry they was the upmost professional people I have ever come across. So kind and caring so patient so gentle. I am so sorry I didn’t get names. They kept me calm through out held my hand and even dried my tears for me so compassionate through out my life I’ve had nothing but traumatic experiences with the dentist but as much as things went a little bit wrong tonight with my tooth just not numbing they were truly amazing! I am an extremely nervous patient and need to be sedated for treatments. The whole team were incredibly patient, supportive and understanding. When I went back for a follow up appointment, they seemed genuinely pleased to see me and care about how the experience had been. I need to thank Hannah, the treatment coordinator and the whole team, Missy, Allesha, Karan and Jess. They were all wonderful !

Im absolutely terrified of dentists...I would rather have contractions! Today , I had to have a tooth extraction, filling and deep clean. After hardly any sleep last night with worry, I put my big girl pants on and went to my appointment. I honestly, hand on heart, cannot thank and recommend Missy and Allesha enough. From the minute I walked in they both put me at such ease. Chatting away and taking my mind off what was about to be done...they even put some music on for me. They had patience with me throughout and had an amazing bedside manner...I work within the NHS so realise how important that is and that it really cannot be something you can teach. You either have it or you don't, and these two ladies have it by the bucket load. Just saying thank you doesn't seem enough for how you both were with me this morning, but thank you so so much x

Very professional and reassuring! I called in the morning and was seen in the evening which was perfect and just what I needed!! The dentist was very polite, caring and helpful. He also rang the next day for a follow up call! Really good service and would definitely recommend!

Excellent service. Called in the morning & was seen the same day (on NYE!). Really good communication throughout. Unfortunately my tooth had to come out but it was all dealt with swiftly & the dentists were fabulous, really calming & came across as genuinely caring. Lovely to get a follow-up call next day too. First class all round.
