No problem with bookings. Staff polite and welcoming. Have had Hygiene cleaning plus recently a root extraction. Two roots to remove, one was already broken and was not completely removed. So have been referred to a Dental Surgery and am waiting for appointment. I shall continue to use BUPA.
My daughter was really worried about going to see the dentist. She is only 3 and has very few visits due to the pandemic. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and the dentist and thier assistant put her at ease. She enjoyed the experience in the end and she that she would be happy to go again. I have been a patient here for 10 years and travel to attend appointments as I trust them; they make it clear to me what and why they are advising specific treatments and I never feel pressured into making any decisions. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!
I was running late due to traffic I phoned ahead to let them know and they were really fine with it, no snide remarks or comments when I got there in fact the reception team were nice and polite and understanding and the dentist and the dental nurses were lovely.
Super friendly staff, caring and very accommodating - outstanding dentist! Highly Recommended
