After My adult son struggled to get an appointment to see a dentist, he managed to get an emergency appointment at this clinic. The lady he seen with no exaggeration saved my sons life spotting the signs that he was showing sepsis and to take him to A&E where thankfully he received the treatment he needed and is on the mend, on behalf of myself and my family we’d like to say thank you

I have always had a fear of visits to the Dentist. However, since being a patient at Standish Dental Practice I can honestly say my fear is diminishing with each visit. The practice is very clean and has a welcoming feel. The staff are professional and also very friendly and helpful. The treatment and advice from Mrs Nicolette Wilson has been excellent. I would highly recommend.

Visited Standish Dental Practice last night for emergency treatment (22/02/2022). I found the experience to be quite good considering i hate dentists as a whole. The dentist i saw was Mrs Nicolette Wilson and i found her patient skills to be amazing. She did multiple x-rays, did an assessment and gave me my options. I chose to have the problem tooth removed and she explained every step of the way. I must say, when i went light headed with the anaesthetic, Mrs Wilson was patient and made sure i was ok before proceeding. At the point of the tooth being removed, it became problematic - my tooth was putting up a fight and she had to call on another dentist called Matt for assistance before the numbing wore off who was able to take the tooth out. Turned out, my problem tooth had roots that were spread out like they were doing the splits. Once my tooth had been removed, Mrs Wilson told me i would need a further appointment in a couple of weeks once the extraction site had healed and settled down a bit. I can thoroughly say, I would recommend Standish Dental Practice to anyone who needs dental work doing as all staff (Receptionist, Dentists & Other Dental staff) are friendly and professional. It was a pleasure being to the practice today as I felt everyone was kind and caring. Mentioning from the start when the 2 receptionist Heather and Faye who very kindly explained everything. Next I was seen by the dentist Holly and the nurse Chloe. I can't thank them enough for all their care towards me making sure I was happy with everything. Thanks again and don't forget the great impact you have on people and how you can make the difference.
