New to this practice, but an old patient of China's, I have to say I'm over whelmed by the friendliness of staff. A lovely warm welcome from the reception staff, and the entrance is clean and modern. Liza on reception is fabulous and friendly, making conversation with me and not just and rebook and bye. Highly recommend this lovely practice

Have been going to this practice since I was a teenager myself and my children have been going since they were born 17 years ago. We wouldn't go anywhere else. The receptionists are fabulous and friendly, always smiling and helpful. We have had a few dentists over the years and every one of them have just been the best, always providing top notch treatment . My children have recently completed their Invisalign treatment with Anu and Rachel, who have been absolutely wonderful, providing regular appointments to make sure the treatment is going as planned. Their care and attention to detail has provided a perfect smile - the results are amazing!

My experience at this Dental Practice has been completely outstanding!! I have always been a nervous patient, however since finding a new Dentist (Matthew Hawkrigg) who puts you at ease and explains everything step by step to you, I am most definitely alot calmer. The difference with my self confidence and trust in my dentist has been completely transformed. From the friendly reception staff to having the treatment, without a doubt 5 star ⭐ rating from me. The photos say it all, this was achieved in 3 visits.

I had an emergency appointment today after ongoing dental pain for months. Compared to the many dentists I've visited for this pain, this is the first that's actually round the cause of my pain. I was given a mini root canal and antibiotic solution injected into my nerve. The dentist and the dental nurse were lovely, clearly very busy, but polite, patient, and explained everything to me. I'm very grateful for the way I have been treated after many negative experiences at different dentists. Thank you!

I don't know which Dentist's the one star reviews are seeing or contacting but it isn't the one I have been going to for years. People treat you the way You treat people, remember that. The girls on reception are second to none and Lisa my dentist is the best dentist I have had in all my life and I am old, she is also a lovely lady. The practice has always fitted me in for an emergency even if you cannot see your own dentist and now all of the family and the grandchildren go here. The best.
