I want to take a moment to publicly address a recent situation involving my mother, who is a client at My Dental Care with Dr. Mark. We have always appreciated Dr. Mark as an amazing dentist. However, a few days ago, I shared my frustration publicly about a negative experience my mother had with the receptionist. Dr. Mark responded to my concerns publicly, and the Director of the practice personally reached out to explain the situation. I now understand the circumstances better and appreciate their efforts to clarify and resolve the matter. In the same way that I publicly criticized, I believe it is only right to publicly apologize and acknowledge my part in the misunderstanding. Thank you to Dr. Mark and the team at My Dental Care for addressing the issue promptly and demonstrating that good intentions and professionalism can lead to a positive outcome.
Excellent dental services and lovely team. Always very thorough and caring attitudes. Dentist Mark and Shirin hygienist are very trustworthy and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
