When I was accepted as a patient over 10 years ago, I felt very happy, I had heard so many good things about this ARK Dental Practice. There is a very nice atmosphere at the reception, created by Mrs. Gosia/the receptionist/the reception is wonderfully organized, and the waiting time is consistent with the booking. Dr Greg is an amazing dentist. He is always professional, polite, friendly., and never made me feel bad for missing an occasional floss. Over the past several years, he repaired a tooth, helped me with teeth whitening, and provided regular check-ups and hygienist appointments. The clinic never pressures me into unnecessary treatments or tries to upsell services I don’t need. The dental office’s booking system is super efficient, and they even have availability on weekends. My first hygienist appointment with Melody was rather lovely and a memorable visit. I was putting off a dentist visit after COVID-19 and she was really able to make me feel welcomed, and assured during my procedure. The attention to detail is what impressed me most, as well as her personability. I liked being told as the procedure went on what was happening, and Melody was a great person to leave in the hands of my teeth. I will sure to return, when my 6 months is due up. Highly recommend. I couldn't recommend Bush Dental Clinic highly enough. In the many years I have been a patient there, I've always had excellent care. Their priority has always been to save a tooth when they can rather than rush to drastic options. Treatment is kind and painless and always explained carefully and patiently. Reception staff are great, always welcoming and friendly and will go to great lengths to find an emergency appointment when required. A terrific practice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My 34 year old daughter, my 30 year old son, my husband and I have all been fortunate enough to be patients at the Bush Dental Clinic for many years and would never, ever go anywhere else. Our children have never known any other dental practice. Alongside the excellent dental care that we have all received, there is a true sense of care and trust that pervades in this clinic. The staff, whether it be dentists, hygienists, nurses, admin or reception, are all without exception, excellent at their roles and, at the same time, friendly, cheerful, helpful and able to offer advice and support. Thank you so much for accommodating me with a same-day appointment! I was in agony due to a tooth infection, and the dentist quickly prescribed antibiotics to provide relief. The following day, I was seen again to have the filling on the infected tooth removed and a temporary filling placed. I will be returning for a root canal treatment, but my experience so far has been fantastic. The reception team is incredibly friendly and does their best to ensure you are seen as quickly as possible. Thank you for your excellent care!

I have had a lot of work done here over 30 plus years. Everything has been excellently done and I have moved from one great dentist to another and love Dr Sharmi Patel who looks after me now. Recently had a tooth pulled and hardly knew it was done & no issues afterwards! I could not praise this practice enough - I am very fortunate to be on their books and even if I moved further away would return! Had some fillings changed to composite, Moira was very informative and reassuring when answering my questions in the check up. The filling appointment itself was very speedy, with Moira and Ana. The end result was a very natural, barely detectable filling! I’m extremely happy with it and wish I found this dental practice earlier. Many thanks to them both! I was recommended to try 92 Dental as I was in pain and had to do a filling quite urgently so I was recommended few places but decided to try this! And what a pleasant surprise, best choice I could ever make. Everyone was so kind and Moira the dentist made me feel at ease explaining what she noticed, what she could do and next steps. So now I have a place to go and I am so happy. Strongly recommend!

Each member of the team showed excellent care and attention to my needs. I was in a lot of pain, Moira managed to book me in urgently. I needed several treatments, I felt very comfortable from start to finish. Now my teeth and gums are back in good health. All the staff are nice and friendly which goes a long way.

I visited envy smile yesterday and had composite bonding on 6 teeth by Dr Hemani. The whole appointment ran very smoothly, Dr Hemani was very accommodating to what I wanted and as a result, I was made up with the end results. Was definitely worth the 7 hour drive. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone wanting composite bonding done.

George is superb, he has been our family dentist for decades and has always been gentle, precise and reassuring. He recently removed a wisdom tooth and I couldn't believe how utterly painless and quick the experience was - over in minutes! A hero! I could not recommend George and his wonderful team of hygienists more highly.

Due to previous medical issues I have always feared going to the dentist and it was with this anticipation and reluctance I went to the dentist , however this completely dissipated after being there just a few minutes and the staff were amazing ,helpful understanding of my concerns and very aware of of my worries , they soon put me at ease with there professional work ethics and there kindness and understanding of my concerns . I will now embark on a journey of treatment with them over the coming weeks that I previously thought would not be possible . Everyone at Dental by Design was warm and welcoming. The consultation by Nasim Mechoui was thorough and comprehensive. Nasim was friendly and patient. He listened to my concerns and took them seriously. He spent a long time discussing and showing me options. Later, Livi went through the finances. She went out of her way to ensure that I understood everything involved and did her best to try and secure a credit agreement for me to be able to afford the treatment. Unfortunately, this was declined and sadly I can’t have this treatment. I travelled across London, especially, because I was expecting to get 0% credit. I think, maybe, there should be a speculative financial assessment before the consultation, to avoid disappointment. I would recommend new patients to have all their financial information with them. I was not asked to do this. I’m sure, judging by my experience, that the care and outcomes here would be first class, but I can’t afford it.

Today was my first time visiting Dental by design. Overall treatment 5 stars, the venue was clean with a touch of class. My dentist was kind and understanding. I will definitely be coming back to have my treatment done here.

I am in my late sixty’s and had no teeth on the right hand side at the back of my lower jaw. My initial consultation with Dr Simon Riahi was reassuring and professionally conducted. I was very clearly informed of the procedures, what they would entail and the cost. My treatment took 6 months from initial consultation to final completion and sign off. This practice has gone above and beyond all my expectations, and I now have a wonderful set of lower back teeth which feel like they have always been there. So even if you are just thinking about having some implants done, pop in and see the wonderful team at Dental by Design and get their expert advice.
