Aleksandra (reception)was very friendly and efficient at the reception, she made all the appointments brilliantly, you could tell that she loves what she does. Dr Radu provided a very humanized service, explained everything about the proposed treatment, in a very efficient and kind way. The nurse did an excellent job and was very helpful and friendly. Really sorry but very disappointed with the service I got that I paid for. I came in for a root canal and the Dr told me he will do everything to save the tooth which is fine. Now on their website the root canal fee is £240, when they started the treatment they charged me £185 for 2 sessions, then on the third session they charged me another £185 again for RCT. After the third session I have had a serious bad pain that I had to go to A&E because at the third session the Dr didn’t inject anaesthesia before extracting the nerves which caused the pain and a big swell around the tooth area and wasn’t prescribed any antibiotics. Impossible to eat, struggling to drink due to the pain. Now I have to wait for over a week to see another dentist because there is no available appointments, even to deal with emergencies. Very very disappointed. JUST A FURTHER UPDATE Just an update, after this review the boss contacted me privately and offered me a free tooth removal at no extra cost, and the dentist that took the other half tooth was absolutely amazing as well as the assistant that day. I would surely go back to this practice following the communication and consideration from the manager call that showed great following customer service.
