Really sorry but very disappointed with the service I got that I paid for. I came in for a root canal and the Dr told me he will do everything to save the tooth which is fine. Now on their website the root canal fee is £240, when they started the treatment they charged me £185 for 2 sessions, then on the third session they charged me another £185 again for RCT. After the third session I have had a serious bad pain that I had to go to A&E because at the third session the Dr didn’t inject anaesthesia before extracting the nerves which caused the pain and a big swell around the tooth area and wasn’t prescribed any antibiotics. Impossible to eat, struggling to drink due to the pain. Now I have to wait for over a week to see another dentist because there is no available appointments, even to deal with emergencies. Very very disappointed.
JUST A FURTHER UPDATE
Just an update, after this review the boss contacted me privately and offered me a free tooth removal at no extra cost, and the dentist that took the other half tooth was absolutely amazing as well as the assistant that day. I would surely go back to this practice following the communication and consideration from the manager call that showed great following customer service.
Aleksandra (reception)was very friendly and efficient at the reception, she made all the appointments brilliantly, you could tell that she loves what she does. Dr Radu provided a very humanized service, explained everything about the proposed treatment, in a very efficient and kind way. The nurse did an excellent job and was very helpful and friendly. Congratulations on your work, I highly recommend this clinic. I came to you through the recommendation of my friend Jolita!!
