I usually attend on a Saturday to bring my son to get his braces. I have also attended midweek on one occasion. From the beginning we have always been put at ease by the lovely, friendly kind receptionist Abeerah. She answers all mine and my son’s questions and concerns and has made the whole process less daunting. She always keeps us informed about any delays while we are waiting. She also books our appointments and makes sure we get the follow up texts. The orthodontist Paras also took time to explain the process and gave us adequate time to make informed decisions about the treatment plan. What was an unknown and difficult process was made much easier with your kind staff.
