I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Incredible service… Thank you again Shannon and the team.

Zuzanna is absolutely brilliant! She’s incredibly friendly, passionate about her work, and always makes me feel at ease. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her patients are unmatched. Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. Actually looking forward to visiting the dentist! That's a first!!

My son was nervous having his first ever filling, as a mum you feel awful putting your child through this but the wonderful Jenny made us both feel relaxed and fully communicated with my son what was going to happen. In this clinic you can find a friendly family atmosphere. My wife and I have been clients of this clinic for many years. We have had various services done here ,from oral hygiene ,through filling cavities to crowns. We have always left satisfied. The entire staff is wonderful, but our favorite person is Dr. Urlika.

From the first moment I stepped in the door the atmosphere was so friendly, the staff seem relaxed in their workplace. The two procedures I have had done so far were carried out with gentle thoughtful professionalism. I would recommend this practise 100%

Fantastic experience at Teeth on the Heath today. All staff were welcoming and made the effort to engage in a friendly conversation before the appointment. We took our two year old with us and both ladies at reception were brilliant with him. Jason Wong is a wonderful dentist! He makes you feel at ease and offers great advice after the appointment. Upton Dental are an excellent practice, I had an emergency appointment today (as I had to cancel last weeks) nothing was too much trouble from the staff on reception to the nurses & dental surgeons they are all so professional from start to finish. I can't recommend Cheriton Dental Practice highly enough, from initial contact with Tracy who was so helpful and professional in arranging treatment for my son. Andy Thomas is an outstanding Dentist, I felt very confident leaving my son in his capable hands, he was very personable and put my son at ease. Thank you also to Ann who was nursing for Andy, she was so kind and professional.

Absolutely the best emergency treatment that one could hope for!! My tooth had broken and part of the filling came out too, so it was really tender and needed sorting asap. I booked the the appointment in the morning and was seen that same day. Everything was explained really well and, after agreeing to the chosen plan, my tooth was seen too. I seen Karim and Amy as emergency appointment the weekend, they were ever so lovely! They were patient with me and my anxiety, wasn't rushed and talked me through options. I had just arrived for holidays in the UK (tourist) and was hit by an awful toothache that left me unable to eat or speak comfortably. I reached out to the 24/7 dentist in Poole and I was welcomed by Uzma and Deb, who form a great team. They listened to me, put me at ease and the dental care provided was painless and attentive. Dr. Karim was very good and sorted my wife’s tooth , he explained me in detail as well what is gonna be the next step with our own dentistry and mrs. Amy his assistant was very good as well. The prices were more than fair for an emergency on a Sunday at 16:30 29/12/2024 we were expecting to be more expensive but it was just 75£ for the consultation and another 140£ for the treatment( he manage to remove the remain of a nerve on one of the canals) , the temporary filling and the antibiotics. Many thanks to both of them.

Having been recommended Dorset Dental by my son I can honestly say that it's the first time in my life that I don't mind going to the dentist. Fabulous treatment from Szusanna and have also just been fitted for an anti snore mouth piece which I will be testing tonight! Great service and team.

I had a very positive experience at Whitehall House Dental Practice. I saw Ben about a long standing problem with pain on the right side of my face which had been causing me considerable pain on and off for three years. I had seen two dentists (at two other practices), three GPs, an ear nose and throat specialist and a TMJ physiotherapist before I saw Ben and no one had been able to help. I had been dismissed by other dentists and told my pain was all in my head. Ben listened carefully and compassionately to my history and investigated possible dental causes for my pain thoroughly. He identified a possible dental cause and recommended a treatment which could help. Since that treatment my pain has been less severe and we are waiting to see whether it improves further over time. I arrived at Whitehall House Dental practice in terrible pain, emotionally fragile and feeling hopeless about whether I would ever be free of my pain. I was treated with care and compassion by everyone I spoke to (including the reception team and dental nurses who were all lovely). I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

So far so good in the middle of my treatment. But the treatment was explained in detail and the cost was much lower than the previous quotes I got from other dental practices. The staff are very friendly and Johnathon is very reassuring.

I have attending Whitehall House Dental Practice for several years. I have always found the professional service and advice to be of the highest standard. Recently, I had a wisdom tooth removed, which had been causing me quite a few problems. My treatment was extremely good and I have recovered well. I recommend this practice to everyone.

Roul Rothman is an amazing dentist whom I wholeheartedly recommend, he always has a smile and good humour.

Took my mother an to this Dental Practice where she has been a patient for over 40 years but due to personal circumstances was unable to visit in the last two years the dentist very kindly saw her on two occasions made my mother feel extremely comfortable as did the reception staff and did an excellent job it's made a massive difference to my mother the treatment she received and I would like to thank all the staff for their help in making the visits so calm and reassuring for her it is very much appreciated.
