I used Checkatrade and Ben responded to my enquiry for a quote for gutter cleaning. I found Ben to be helpful and made it easy to get a quote, and appointment booked in. He communicated well and let me know that the engineer was able to get here earlier on the day as there had been a cancellation. Very easy to set up an appointment to clear our gutter which had been clogged up by pigeons. Rhys arrived bright and early on time and after a quick chat to make sure everything I needed would be done at which point he pointed out a break in the front gutter which I has not noticed. Rhys set about his activity and an hour to an hour and a half the gutter was cleared and the break was fixed. This was a really good experience both for the efficiency and Rhys's pleasant and friendly persona. Thoroughly recommended 👌

Best exterior cleaning services in London I have ever seen! Reliable, trustworthy and arriving on time. We had a quite difficult job, which required specialised equipment to reach a gutter near the roof, and we were lucky enough to find Ben, who not only helped us to clean the gutter, but also came back the next day to do some additional repairs with no extra charge!
