I highly recommend Steven McKenzie. He and his colleague Jayden worked very hard and took the time required to do an excellent job. We have a lot of windows, and they are now sparklingly clean. Our gutters are free of debris. The uniforms, liveried van and proper equipment are indications of a very professional outfit, but the level of care is very personal. Steven came back after hours to finish the final window, which had been left open in the morning. Steven is very charming and pleasant and good-natured – I will definitely be using him again. 5 stars from me.

I booked an End of Tenancy Clean for my bathroom and kitchen and the whole process from start to end was extremely smooth. I was quite worried that I wouldn't be able to find anyone to clean the flat as it was right after the Christmas period, but Jonathan was extremely responsive and booked me in very quickly. The cleaners were very punctual, professional and very friendly. We needed a deep clean as we had been there several years, but the cleaners were very thorough and took a lot of care into making sure everything was spotless. The flat was left cleaner than when we had moved in. The pricing was also very reasonable and there was a clear list of things that they would be able to do for the price, which was very helpful. After having a complete disaster with our landlord and wanting to move out of our property ASAP, the chaps at Good Old Clean ensured we were looked after from start to finish. Not only the exceptional customer service we received but the actual End of Tenancy Clean left the house in far, far better shape than when we moved in. Everything was spotless from all kitchen appliances, to bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, blinds ect. Plenty of other businesses will rip you off with End of Tenancy Cleaning, but with very reasonable pricing along with the friendly and understanding nature of the Jonathan, I can’t recommend these guys enough. Recently contacted Scrubs Cleaning for an end of tenancy clean. Scrubs came back with a quote and date which exceeded everyone else at being the best value. Not only this, they mentioned that they had worked with our letting agency (Foxtons). On the day itself, the cleaners came in a timely manner and within 2 hours they had already cleaned the place. Our end of tenancy clean included an oven clean which when they had finished, we were shocked at how clean they managed to get the oven. Of course, the whole place was also immaculate.
