We’ve been with this cleaning company for nearly three years now and have had a few different cleaners during that time. The most recent cleaner, Edita is absolutely fantastic—thanks to her, we’re definitely staying with the company for the foreseeable future! The service from the head office has also been consistently reliable and professional. They’re responsive, easy to communicate with, and always do their best to accommodate our needs. All in all, a great experience and a team we feel we can trust long term.

This was the thirds deep clean I've had by Cleaning Express, and the second from Vilma and Galina. They are really exceptional! Wherever I look around my house now, I see the results. Everything is clean: skirting boards, door frames, doors, light switches, window sills, windows, spindles, handrails, floors of course, shelves were reachable - everything. Even my landline telephone was cleaned. I wholeheartedly recommend Cleaning Express: an excellent company.

Communications with the team were brilliant along the whole process - everything was very clear & easy to agree on what we needed done - a deep clean. Haven't had this brilliant level of service for a Long time! Exceptional. On the day the team - Khrystyna & Viktoria - were on time & incredibly good at what they do. Very professional, detail-oriented, efficient, & friendly. Asked all the right questions & were very thoughtful to check things with me - as there were lots of ornaments around the house so I felt very confident to leave them to it. The level of care that they took was outstanding and the house was absolutely spotless when they left. Would absolutely use them again without hesitation. They're a little bit more expensive than other people out there but it's absolutely worth it for what they offer. You get what you pay for. In my opinion very good value for money - not just for the actual cleaning but also for the level of customer care & communication before, during & after.

Ala and Zilola have been terrific cleaners for us. Always very conscientious and willing to go the extra mile. They do a very thorough job, are very friendly and they both speak very decent English which makes it so much easier to communicate what we need. The company is also very good, in my experience: always responsive when I contact them, and proactive if someone is going to be away or is running late for whatever reason. I highly recommend them.

I have been using Mikhaiela for house cleaning for a few sessions now and I am very impressed with the service provided by her. She is always punctual and delivers a great professional clean every time and goes above and beyond the assigned tasks, taking her own initiative without needing to be asked. Highly recommend her.
