My car unfortunately had to be recovered here due to being not drivable - Groves advised me they unfortunately didn’t have the right software to read the code but still didn’t charge anything for their time! incredibly helpful lovely lady who works at reception gave me a recommendation and couldn’t have been nicer through the whole process and only took a few days to get back to me due to not having an appointment. would definitely recommend!

I went for an oil and filter change and thought I might need brake pads all round. However, I didn’t need any pads at all – they were only about half worn. It’s great to know their honesty. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was good, and the price was reasonable as well. Overall, the service was excellent and more efficient than a main dealer!

By far the best garage around. I have used them for MOTs as well as more complex repairs and servicing. They are always very accommodating, polite, and punctual. Their communication is excellent, and I’ve never encountered any hidden charges or unreasonable quotes. I highly recommend them and will continue to trust them to look after my cars in the future.
