This garage is fantastic! From minute one, you can see people are very friendly and professional. The mechanic team can deal with different issues as it was an official garage. Prices are competitive and they are very reliable, appointments are on time and they do not make up unnecessary work. Highly recommended!

Car broke down on the way to Nottingham on New Years Day as I came back home to spend Christmas with family. RAC took my car to this garage and they were amazing, so friendly and professional. I have kidney failure and on dialysis and I explained all my stuff is in Nottingham so I need to get back there ASAP as I am on limited supply. They prioritised my car and although I had to wait for parts which is completely fair, they finished it promptly. They even got someone to pick me up to go and collect my car as I couldn't get there myself. Definitely recommend, super friendly receptionists/mechanics and they were super super helpful in my stressful situation. Cannot thank you all enough! Thanks, Jazmin

Took my first car here twice now and had quick and easy hand overs both times. Claire at reception is very professional and polite and Paul knows what he’s talking about. Very happy customer.

My Dad recommend this garage to me as I recently moved to the area, on Saturday my car showed a fault, I rang Gibbos and they told me to bring my car straight away and they will take a look which they did and didn't charge me at all. However I was recommended i get a service, I booked in my MOT and full service with them and on the morning I was struggling to find a cab home and some cabs were stating they couldn't collect for 2 hours. However the ladies at the desk heard this and did everything they could to get me home, without success from cabs they spoke to the manager and they got someone within there establishment to drop me home. I have never received customer service like this and was so greatful! In regards to the service I quiered if my spark plugs would be changed and instead of over charging me they were very quick to advise me that my car does not require new spark plugs untill 70k miles. As a customer i really appreciate the honesty. Furthermore, I asked about the transportation service, the lady did state that it is not avaliable on Tuesdays but asked how far I was, when I advised she advised me she will see what she can do for me. Honestly I have never been to a garage whereby the people on the desk will go above and beyond and are sooo friendly. They really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Even offering to make their customers a coffee while they wait. Thank you for the customer service, and I will defo be using you for the future!

Great first time experience at Gibbos Garage after a recommendation. Staff very friendly and car in working order. Will definitely use again for my service next month.
