My partner and I have been coming here for years (M4 Comp and 140i) Amin and Chris have amazing knowledge with bm’s and are always great with giving much needed advice, you never feel as though you are being rushed. They’re professional and reasonably priced. Overall 5 stars.

Took my M2 to BM specialists today for the first time to service, couldn't fault Amin, Chris and colleagues whatsoever. Great guys, easy to chat too and provide a great service for a very reasonable cost too! Will definitely be using them again in the future

Amin was so helpful, him and his team are for sure experts. He problem solved a camshaft timing problem with the engine light on. A snapped wire in the loom was discovered using their skills conducted a continuaty test. I highly recommend them and what I was charged was so reasonable. thank you.

I’ve now used them for the past four years and can confirm that is exactly what these guys are. Not only that, they’re really sound guys, excellent at what they do and go above and beyond to help get your problem sorted. If you’re looking for a garage that is trustworthy, reasonably priced and run by really nice guys…you’ve just found it! I use them for MOT, servicing and repairs and highly recommend them for all.

I Have taken my car here for last 3 years, I now live an hour away and I still wouldn’t go anywhere else. The engineers here are lovely and honest. They are always a great price and would always be honest to tell you what you need and don’t need. 5 stars, never ever had a bad experience using these guys.

Very friendly and accommodating guys, and very patient. I must have called 10 times in the last 2 weeks racking their brains, trying to get my car serviced and other work to be done. Each and every time they dealt with me very professionally. Their pricing is very good. But cost isn't a factor when you continue to get excellent service.

I found Terry when I had an MOT fail on a Mazda MX5 for structural weakness. He booked me in within a few days and did a great job on the welding, servicing and also arranged the MOT. After his work the car passed straight away with no advisories. Recently I had an issue on my Audi and Terry finessed the engine for me. It now drives better than it has ever done. I cannot recommend Terry highly enough - He's very knowledgeable, his work is second to none, he's totally trustworthy and just an all round good guy. Thanks Terry!

Used Terry for over 35 years. Never had any problems. Also asked advice about his opinion of which cars were on my shortlist when changing cars. Best advice he gave me....only one thing wrong with Skoda.....the badge people of my gen.still have some bad feelings to the badge. Would always recomend him to others. In recent months he has always been willing to run me back home and for me to collect car next day he can then work on it in his own time and not be waiting for me to turn back up an hour or two later asking "Is it done yet?"

Terry was absolutely brilliant. When my check engine light popped on in my Hyundai i10, I rang around a few garages and he was the only one who actually took the time to talk to me properly. He ran a quick diagnostic, explained everything really clearly and was so patient and friendly throughout. I left feeling reassured and much less stressed. Definitely my new go-to mechanic!

Was looking for a new garage as my previous one closed. When I visited they were so friendly and helpful that I immediately booked car in for MOT and service. Today it went in, again staff very friendly , didn't feel rushed or that I was 'stupid' . Rang when car was ready. Gave some helpful advice. Felt really comfortable taking my car here and not getting ripped off. Would recommend to anyone needing car repairs or servicing.

Had a few problems with my car, read reviews and took my car here after being quoted ridiculous prices to get my window motor replaced, They suggested what was best and cost affective way which saved me a lot. - A month ago I took the car in for coolant leak (I was driving up north for family holiday the following week) they managed to squeeze me in just before my mot that week to get it fixed and told me what to look out for just incase - I’ve had no problems with it thank god Lastly, Today I called up about my air con not working, he told me it’s a 3 week wait but if I pop round to the garage he could quickly have a Look to see what it is that needs replacing/what part that needs ordering. Turns out car fixed itself but the guy was really helpful and helped advise me on best ways to maintain the car to prevent future faults and when to do this etc I’ve had a lot of good experiences with them and highly highly recommend Thank you!!

What an absolutely amazing business this is. My car was as giving me constant issues with the engine light. These mechanics are absolutely faultless and so professional. They made went above and beyond to ensure I had a very stress free experience and did everything they could to repair the problem in a very short time. I had my Audi TT fully serviced. Jason kindly offered to collect the car on the day and was ready in good time to collect. All the work was gone through with me on arrival to ensure I was happy with everything that was done. Will be returning for future repairs and maintenance on my car.

Great Service, a little over a year ago, my car broke down, and every mechanic I phoned was fully booked with a 2 week or longer waiting list. Although also fully booked, the gentleman at Highway Services made a plan to squeeze the diagnostic work and repair in between the week's scheduled jobs. He got me back on the road quickly and helped me when no one else was willing to make a plan. I now use Highway Services for my annual MOT and services.

I took my car to Highway Services in Baldock for an issue relating to the ball joints on my ford Fiesta. Julian was friendly, and gave great communication. I was happy with the price and the work carried out 😃. I'll be sure to visit Highway Services again in the future!

Husband took our car there for MOT on a Friday. But they take it to letchworth for another business to do the actual MOT. Had to leave over weekend as they are shut . Car had job done for MOT by them which was good but Monday pass MOT had more advisories (about 6 more) than the fail test on Friday . Good for garage work but we might as well of taken to other testing centre in Letchworth ourselves and would of liked to of been told they don't do the actual MOT and that they have to drive your car it in the next town.
