Had a fantastic experience with A Million Hairs earlier on this afternoon. Got plenty of friendly and professional advice from both the lovely ladies who helped me cut and style my hair to suit my face. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to seek advice, get there hair cut or styled. Will be sure to continue to use them for the foreseeable future. 10/10 thanks guys! :)

Just moved to the area and been struggling to find a new hairdresses, not had it done since February, whilst walking around Matlock a few weeks ago I came across Georgia's, nipped in to ask about booking a consultation and patch test, Heather was more than happy to assist there & then, she advised what she thought I needed, gave me a Patch test and booked me in for today. Really impressed with my hair and its exactly how I like it. Thank you Heather for making me feel human again 😊 I also chose Georgia's as there was a price list in the window so I knew exactly what I was going to be charged before booking the appointment instead of getting the price after I'd had my hair done. I would recommend to family & friends if they lived closer.

Been going here years dying my hair. Mainly Georgia but have used a couple of the other girls too. Always been happy with the result. Wouldn't go anywhere else tbh even though I have to travel 30 mins to get there it is worth it.

I give 5 stars because as a garden centre cafe you would be hard pressed to find anything any better The food is excellent quality, well cooked and presented.. You need a good appetite as the food is plentiful, served by extremely pleasant staff. What I enjoy is the huge bowl of a variety of fresh vegetables that are served separately. I really don't like to receive my meal with everything piled up on my plate. Ok it isn't for anyone who is looking for a cheap meal but you certainly get what you pay for. I would much prefer a lunch here than any other other pub meal in the area.

The afternoon tea was really nice. Freshly made and far to much to eat so staff put 4 cakes plus sandwiches in boxes to bring home. While waiting we to in the hot food going to others tables and really looked lovely. I do think however the area in which we sat lacked atmosphere. Very little on the walls and cold grey walls. Plastic table cloths ,.practical they may be but really let the place down.

An excellent first time experience. A warm friendly welcome. Great menu choices, we had the sharing nachos & Sunday roast all the food was amazing and good sized portions. Our server/waitress Kelly, was very friendly with a faultless great service, thank you. we will be back, 100% recommend.

We went for a nice evening dinner together with family tonight. First time here. We all had Sunday roast and one had a pie. The dinners was not disappointing. Nice and big and great prices. Service was great with nice and warm greeting. Atmosphere nice and relaxing. Good times

The ultimate combination of food and drink. Timmy Taylor and steak and ale pie. Right proper. The service was delivered by a team of super efficient young ladies. The pie, such a small word for this culinary masterpiece, was shortcrust pastry cuddling tender steak and gravy. A separate pot of gravy was very welcome. Vegetables actually had some flavour. I even ate some sprouts. Dipped in gravy, they resembled human food close enough to bypass my gag reflex. The one lost point was due to the size of the pub, more like a giant restaurant than a peak pub.

Nachos to share, chicken souvlaki and Timothy Taylor bitter. Super clean and modern pub with very pleasant and helpful staff. Lumsdale waterfall is about a mile away so it's a win win!

Great place to dine and grab a drink would highly recommend. Friendly staff and even made me my own pizza even though it wasn't on the menu ☺️

Great service at Dale Road Dental Practice today. Barely sat down before I was called in for my appointment. The staff are friendly and help you feel at ease. Dr Rae is always cheerful and has plenty to chat about, a thoroughly pleasant experience considering it's not one I ever look forward to, especially on a Monday morning! 😊

Good morning, sending feedback about my appointment with you yesterday. As I mentioned, it was my first visit to a dentist since 1974, owing to a phobia I have had, so was very nervous, prior to my visit. However, the kindness and understanding shown soon put my mind to rest, and I was feeling much more relaxed during the appointment. I am pleased further appointments are now booked, and that I will actually be able to smile at people properly again without fear of looking like something from one of the old ‘Hammer’ horror movies. Having been told by a previous dentist that it would probably be difficult to remove the root of the tooth as it was near my sinus and there was little of the actual tooth left above the gum line, I self referred myself to Dr Zaki. I am so glad that I did. For the first time, I had pain free injections to numb the area and he managed to get the root out without it breaking and with little damage to the gum. He is very professional as are the rest of the staff (particularly the receptionists) and the practice is so well presented.

I can not praise the staff at this practice enough. They all seem to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I came in for an emergency appointment and was seen by Nish. He really made me feel at ease and got me out of pain. His nurses Ramona and Hanna made me feel relaxed as I was quite anxious when I came in. Thank you again Steeple Grange

Really really happy with the professionalism of all the staff at Steeple Grange. I visited for a tooth extraction which was close to a sinus hence being referred by my own practice. The signposting about what was about to happen and what I needed to do after the treatment by the dentist and staff was brilliant. Once I was numbed up the tooth was out within a minute and the whole process was over in 10. The kind of service you want but don't necessarily get elsewhere. Many thanks

Amazing food & great staff, friendly and smiling. We had some fantastic food, the chips were very large, but the taste was fantastic, I was happy I did not put tomato sauce on, the haddock was really fresh & the batter light & crispy, a slice of lemon, tartare sauce & mushy peas. My wife had the mezze plate & she said it was really good, with plenty of different items on it. Our son had the rice bowl peanut satay, it was full of flavours & plenty of it, with chicken added at extra cost. Definitely quality food at reasonable prices, & portion sizes. A good selection of drinks at the bar. We felt we had been looked after as customers & we were happy with the food we had for the cost. Nothing was greasy, everything tasted & looked fresh & hot food Well done Fishpond, we would definitely come back. Some tables were reserved, so to avoid disappointment, it might be worth ringing if you want to eat here.

My wife and I called here on a rainy Sunday afternoon, as the place where we had in mind was closed. We were greeted with a friendly welcome when we arrived and directed to a seating area. We both had the Sunday Carvery and weren't disappointed at all. There was a good selection of locally sourced meats, and as a nice touch, we could choose if we wanted the meat, rare, medium or well done. A good selection of hot fresh vegetables and the red cabbage was to die for. We both left with full bellies. On a separate note, there was also a good selection of hand pulled beers, for the beer lovers. Would I recommend and return. Definitely. I would. If you like my honest review and find it helpful, please follow me as I review on a regular basis.

Excellent cider selection with fifteen on the drinks menu! Plenty of seating outside and very dog friendly. Pizza oven out the back... menu looks good & at a fair price.

Came here for a Sunday dinner with friends. Was about £33 for two carveries so not bad. Was really impressed with the carvery in that there was 8 meat options, including how you wanted your meat. You could have rare beef, medium beef, gammon, turkey, medium lamb, well done lamb and a couple of others. You could also have a nut roast too. Love the variety of meats to suit everyone. The mash was also very good. Everything else was standard. The parsnips and carrots were not peeled, and they were plain boiled parsnips not honey roasted. The peas were on the crunchier side and I prefer my veg soft. They had cheesy leeks and cauliflower cheese. It is not very good for labelling as I knew not all the veg was vegetarian. The red cabbage was picked and not stated that was not nice. The roast potatoes were crunchy but a little dry. The Yorkshire was big but not my favourite. Was worth the try for the meat

Had a thoroughly good evening here , some very good service and food was impressive. Had the dirty onion burger, and it was gorgeous, really high quality meat cooked with the slightest blush of pink, sauces and onions all complemented and enhanced the burger. Chips were proper chips one of the best burgers I've had in a long time.

Had my hair done yesterday. The stylist Sandra (who is also the owner) suggested putting 2 different colours in foils to give it a natural look. Followed by a special product when she washed it (I forget the name) which made it look amazing. She then dried and curled it. It looked so natural and shiny. I was welcomed and looked after from start to finish. Very professional set up and knowledgeable staff.I had a lovely relaxing time and walked out of the salon feeling great. Can't wait to return. See before and after photos. Thank you.

It was my second visit to the salon but my first visit for a colour. After 18 months of boxed home kits, my hair was a little yellow. Tricia had some great ideas for my colour and the result is excellent. The best colour I've had in a long time. As far as feeling safe there due to covid, the salon is spotlessly clean and there is plenty of space between clients. I'll definitely be back when the roots are showing!
