Had a very annoying rat problem with vermin running up and down the cavity walls of an old house. Chris from H& Co. did an excellent job over 3 visits laying poison, bait and traps in the affected areas and fitting a one-way valve in the sewer. Very pleased with the results as the scuttling noises are gone and the price was reasonable. Chris was excellent to deal with throughout always explaining his methods and what he'd found and pointing out areas that were more vulnerable or attractive to rats and suggesting solutions. Highly recommended!

Can't recommend Chris and his company highly enough. From the first contact Chris was professional, super friendly and explained everything I needed to know. He even shuffled some jobs around to fit us in at short notice. They came when they said they'd come and sorted the problem wasp nests straight away. Great local business, we'll definitely be back in the future and will recommend to others!

Many thanks to Lee for his friendly approach and good nature. Electrical problems are not a problem at all when this pro is involved. This guy knows his stuff. The first time we had a short circuit with the switches. Lee came, replaced it and fixed it in a few minutes. I want to note that it was a weekend. The second time we had a broken electric cooker. We had nothing to cook on. Lee came, quickly figured it out, fixed it, advised what else needed to be done. And again everything works. I am so impressed with this company. Dean arrived within an hour of calling as I had wasps in the house. He located the wasps nest which was not easy to find and applied the right treatment. Dean was respectful and knowledgeable and professional and so helpful. My house is now free from wasps which is so wonderful. I would highly recommend Dean and his company for sure. Anna came to our home within an hour or so of me calling her even though it was Sunday. She was very patient, supportive & explained what was going to happen. She even dealt with taking him to the pet crematorium for us. It was one of the hardest decisions we've ever had to make after having our Barney for over 14 years bringing him home at 8 weeks old so thank you Anna for making it as quick & easy as it possibly could be

Thursday 6th February, we said our goodbyes to our special disabled frenchie Henry. Anna made our final goodbyes, so calm, peaceful. I found Anna was so gentle, kind and compassionate throughout our final time with Henry. Henry's sister , myself and my daughter are now able to grieve our loss. 🐾 Anna sent a beautiful card with such lovely words, which was such a lovely thing to do.

I recently had an orangery built by Safehands construction,and I am absolutely delighted with it. The proprietor,Marcus Longsdale,was extremely helpful, courteous ,and nothing was to much trouble for him.His team were conscientious,and hardworking. On completion ,the site was left clean and tidy.

I had the pleasure of working with Millie yesterday on a styled shoot and she was an absolute delight to work with. She was punctual, amenable, talked me through each stage of the look and the final result was just flawless! My makeup stayed put on a rather windy and chaotic shoot whilst running about with a couple of Alpacas! It photographed beautifully, complemented the look and I felt absolutely gorgeous. Having recently been flooded we were having trouble getting the insurance company to send out an electrician, so decided to call our own. Leighton from DES came out the next day, was clear about what needed doing and liaised with Western Power for us. When the utility company had fixed their equipment Leighton came out again when he said he would and got our power back on, checked all the circuits and advised us on what we could and couldn’t use. He was great at problem solving, very thorough and professional at all times. I would have no problem recommending DES to anyone.

Had the team at DES install an Air Conditioning unit in my garden office in Derby, so pleased with the results, cool in summer heatwaves and toasty warm in winter. Install was hassle free and unit is really efficient.

Great service from Power & Control, from quotation through to install. Daniel was informative and quick to provide a quote when requested. This was also amended with no quibbles when I decided on a Hypervolt charger instead. Dan also arranged an install date very quickly - I only had to wait a couple of weeks from accepting my quote. Andy who installed the charger is a really nice guy. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and high quality workmanship. The Hypervolt looks great and I cannot fault the install - extremely neat! I would highly recommend.

Had a great service when having my ev charger fitted a few years ago. But for me the quality of a company is shown in their aftercare. While having an issue with my charger i rang up hoping they'd be able to get to me urgently within the coming days… 1 and a half hours later they were knocking at my door! Incredible service. The fault was with the charger and luckily it’s under warranty, so i will not hesitate to use these guys to come and swap it out for the new one.

Mr Matthew woodfield P&C:- Power & Control Ltd PV I've upgraded from an existing 6kw battery to a further 6kw battery to give me a total of 12kw storage for my solar Pv system. From start to finish the whole experience was very pleasant. Dan-thanks for being very thorough on what batteries that I needed for my solar system.They say everyday is a school day and I can honestly say it certainly was the things that I picked up on the conversations we had helped. We then have Jake and again he was very helpful nothing was a problem on coming back with the answers. Then we have the electrician (Ryan) the ambassador of the company 'very smartly dressed' contacted me on the way introducing himself and giving me an eta. His ethics and knowledge workmanship was second to none. All in all price comes into everything and PAC was the company who stood out for helpfulness,compasion,enthusiasm, and professionalism. I was on holiday when I needed to see a Vet for my dog. I found the contact details in the information pack for the cottage I was renting. The receptionist was so helpful, especially when I couldn't find the location despite using my satnav. The Vet gave Theo a thorough examination and prescribed a medicine. It enabled us to enjoy the remainder of our holiday. 5* service, and very happy to recommend.
