Can’t thank Claire and the team enough for all they did to help decorate and set up our wedding. Their experience with weddings and the contacts they have really helped us and we certainly couldn’t have done it without them. Claire totally understood our vision from the get go and really brought it to life - it looked better than we could have even dreamed of. Her calm demeanour was a real comfort to us throughout. She goes above and beyond to help out and is a lovely easy-going person in general. We couldn’t recommend Village Green more!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Claire for our wedding at Eyam Hall, and we couldn't be more grateful for her exceptional service. From the outset, her organisational skills were evident, ensuring every detail was meticulously planned and executed. Her communication was outstanding, keeping us informed every step of the way and always being available to answer any questions we had. Even providing extra creative flare to our initial plans. One of the highlights was the stunning floral hoop that Village Green Events created. It was beyond beautiful and added an enchanting touch to our venue. There creativity and attention to detail truly shone through in this breathtaking piece. As a bride and groom, we felt completely at ease knowing that Claire had everything under control. We didn’t have to lift a finger and were able to fully enjoy our special day, thanks to her impeccable coordination. Claire and Laura are literally the best team ever. Helped me through so many aspects of the planning from napkins to disco balls they were able to deliver every thing I could dream of and more. My husband and I got married in August at Wildhive in Derbyshire. Village Green Events helped style the wedding and Laura, who was our contact, was amazing to work with! She leaves no stone unturned when it comes to her attention to detail and execution. Everything was so well thought out and her ability to foresee things you will need or might want is truly amazing. I went over my ideas with her and inspiration for what I was looking for and she ran with it and did an absolutely amazing job. Her communication is great too and she is quick to respond. My husband and I were so pleased with how Sam styled the venue for our wedding ceremony and evening reception. From the day I contacted her to discuss about ideas that I had prior to the wedding, she was so helpful, patient and professional. Whenever I had any questions, she was friendly, approachable and responding to me very quickly. We'd highly recommend Willow and Rust weddings to any couples! We had so many compliments from our guests. She created beautiful centrepieces and backdrops. As we had our ceremony, drinks reception and evening reception at the same venue, she was happy to come back to the venue to rearrange all the decors and discussed everything with the venue staffs so we didn't need to worry about anything. Samantha took the reins from us around a month before our wedding. She understood very quickly what we wanted but also added a lot of experience styling our marquee. Samantha's communication was excellent before our wedding and was a dream to have her coordinate the day. Samantha is an incredibly talented wedding venue decorator! We cannot recommend her enough! We loved that we could go for an eco-friendly way to decorate our venue, there is no way we would be able to comfortably fit 60 glass vintage vases and 100 candlesticks in our own home!! I really love her sustainable approach to styling weddings. Samantha tailored our venue style to suit us and worked with us to bring our vision of our wedding to life. Our venue was transformed into a rustic vintage woodland, with lots of gorgeous fabrics, beautiful golden candlesticks (all child safe LED lights) and beautiful glass pieces. On the day of the wedding, she worked so quickly putting everything together. Having her as our stylist took so much stress out of our big day, she managed all the decoration, styling, set up and packing up next the day. It really makes such a big difference! As we had to pack up our own stuff (in such a tiny car!), manage other wedding tasks, and get ourselves down to the venue. Samantha did an amazing job, and everything looked so beautiful and elegant. Thank you so much for creating such a gorgeous wedding for us!

Completed the plygene gutter line course today, Clive the course tutor took us through all the steps from preparation, setting out, measuring up and drawings, heat welding and flashings. A fantastic product and course thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you Clive from the BIS lads

Nick was great. I was worried, as I'd had bad experiences before him. Quality work on our whole house fibre glass flat roof. Such a relief. No more worry when it rains. Asked for payment in 3 lots, which again, was fine. All workmen pleasant. He's already done my friends roof, she was happy too. Would definitely recommend. Our roof guaranteed for 20 years.

Great service identified where the leak was coming from. Replaced the guttering to the back of the property and solved our shared guttering problem with our neighbours. Very tidy and very good. I would highly recommend Nick and P H roofing and guttering. Scaffold company he uses were brilliant and went to great lengths to take care of the garden.

Would definitely recommend M&M (Manoj, Evan & Clare ) to anyone who needs a garden makeover. We were consulted on every decision , advised on cost and delivery of materials . The team worked in all conditions and have completely changed our back garden , couldn't be happier with the finish .

Absolutely brilliant service. Manoj and his team started helping us in January with some (much needed!) garden maintenance. We were so impressed with them that we asked if they could build us a new patio. What started as a maintenance visit has turned into a new patio, new path, new steps, revamped rockery, new lawn and reseeded the main lawn. They are brilliant. Shout out to Evan who leads the landscaping side - very knowledgeable and always looking for innovative solution. Manoj has an excellent team, is polite and courteous and a pleasure to have helping us! I could not recommend highly enough. A proper 5 star review.

Manoj and his team are trustworthy, kind and professional. Communication was great, the workmen (and women!) were lovely and a genuine pleasure to have around. Shout out to Evan who was particularly excellent. They all did a great job on my garden/patio and I would recommend them wholeheartedly. With the amount of dodgy tradespeople about I wouldn't use anyone else - so see you next year guys ;)

We had our original slate roof completely redone after it took some major damage in the recent winter storms. Liam had some of the team out within a day to get us watertight until the works could be started. The team working on the house were very friendly and professional seeing the job done to a high standard ensuring we were happy with the results. Very reasonably priced for a great job, would thoroughly recommended them.

Working with Liam and the Lords team was so easy and pleasant, I wish I'd have gone straight to them in the first place rather than getting booked in, delayed and generally run around by other roofers! Liam was easy to communicate with, super responsive and up front about the work, costs and timings. Everything was scheduled in and communicated well by Laura. Any questions I had, they were quick to answer. When it came to the actual work, the team of roofers were fast, respectful and friendly. Led by Alex who was the nicest guy, funny and hard working, the team would arrive around 8ish and made sure they cleaned up at the end of every day to the point where it was actually cleaner than when they arrived! The got on so well with the neighbours, even entertaining the toddler next door who watched them from the window! The work was all completed faster than expected (mostly due to them bringing in extra guys who all worked well together) and to a good standard, the house and garage roofs now look perfect. Both Alex and Liam assured me that they guarantee their work and if there are any issues in the future they wouldn't hesitate to come round and sort anything out. Overall I couldn't have hoped for a better experience from Lords, thank you!

Lords have been fantastic once again. I called with a minor tile problem which was causing a leak and Liam managed to fit me in the next day due to a cancellation being in the local area. The job was done in quick time and we’re really happy with the outcome and professionalism of lords once again. They’ve been to our house a couple times now over the years and same for my parents. They’ve never disappointed and we’ve always been left with the same feedback. Lord’s is a really nice, friendly company and really are out to help you as much as possible. We chose Deb and Steff at Just Tickety Boo to decorate our wedding venue for the big day. We had several meetings to discuss what we wanted and they are such lovely people who have a very good eye for what looks great. On the day they went above and beyond what was expected and the venue looked phenomenal. We cannot thank them enough for their help and would highly recommend them.

Wow, where do we even start with Just Ticketyboo? I can't recommend the team here enough, we truly have had the most magical experience with Steph and Jackie from start to finish! We had our very first meeting around 2 years before the big day - we were pretty clueless on how to plan a wedding but Steph was able to bring our visions to life perfectly and completely blew us away ❤️ She arranged our whole venue dressing, booked all of our suppliers (who were absolutely INCREDIBLE!!) and also did our full on the day management, which I'd 100% recommend. On our big day, Steph and Jackie turned up bright and early to start setting up, they took my smaller touches I.e favours, slippers, signs etc and took care of setting everything up perfectly. They made sure everyone was in the right place at the right time, took care of all the suppliers and timings etc on the day. They helped me into my wedding dress!! plus so much more & On top of all this, they were the kindest, most caring people to have there on your wedding day! They treated my husband and I amazingly and we truly felt blessed having them there for our whole day... right til the last person left! Even at the end of the night when I (may have..!) had one too many, there they were, still up and chatting away to me just as positive and happy as they were at the very start of the day.
