Mat has just fitted us with 14 beautiful new solid oak internal doors. His work is to such a high standard, even with some very difficult door frames he ensured each and every door is perfect. His work was efficient yet thorough, clean and tidy, and he saw the job through from start to finish - no hidden costs or leftover jobs for us to do. He’s such a helpful and personable chap, it’s been a pleasure to have him working in the house. Highly recommend Mat and his work, you know you’re getting top quality, proper workmanship for a very fair price. Cheers Mat!

I can’t recommend Matt enough for sorting out our leaking dorma roof. We came a cropper to a rogue trader 12mths ago and knew it was only a matter of time before it leaked again, especially with the recent bad weather. Matt was quick to respond to my message and visited and quoted for the job within a few days. We were really happy with the quote and based on his knowledge and reassuring nature, plus his fab reviews we went with Matt. We were not disappointed. Matt was able to get over in the earlier than expected part of the timescale suggested and did an excellent, professional job with extras and at an even better price than quoted! He and Alf were tidy, professional, friendly and very reassuring. We will definitely use Matt again, in fact we are for another internal job. Very happy folk of Broadbottom!

Brilliant job! Fitted eight internal doors. They were really well fitted and the job was done so quickly. Such a good price too. Matt left no mess and is a lovely lad, couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommended this company, we will be in touch to sort our roof!

Claire and Laura are literally the best team ever. Helped me through so many aspects of the planning from napkins to disco balls they were able to deliver every thing I could dream of and more. Their experience and skill for wedding styling helped me feel so reassured and relaxed as I could sit back and enjoy watching them make my our day come to life. Can’t thank Claire and the team enough for all they did to help decorate and set up our wedding. Their experience with weddings and the contacts they have really helped us and we certainly couldn’t have done it without them. My husband and I got married in August at Wildhive in Derbyshire. Village Green Events helped style the wedding and Laura, who was our contact, was amazing to work with! I was very pleased with the work Jonathan and his team did for me. Jonathan responded to my initial query quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote. For the work itself they were slightly delayed but kept me informed. The team were a nice bunch of lads who worked hard all day. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

John and his brother have worked miracles in our overgrown garden. He came to take a look as I saw him doing a brilliant job on a neighbours garden and asked if he could give us a quote.John suggested work that I hadn't considered but I'm so glad I took a leap of faith. They have worked so hard over two days and have been so precise, they are perfectionists. When they had finished transforming our garden they cleared everything away leaving the garden really tidy. John and the team were excellent. We had a change in circumstances that meant changing the quote and work schedule which was all worked through and consulted over. The garden clearance and removal of ivy and weeds left the place looking like a whole new garden. The team went above and beyond, were honest what they could and couldn’t do and even gave some helpful advice on what to do next to maintain it. Definitely use these guys again.

I have just had Dalton Roofing re-point my chimney stack including replacing 4 broken roof tiles. They did a neat job of repointing etc to a very high standard, cleaned my gutters afterwards and swept my path and back yard. The roofers were very professional and decent lads who respected my property. As agreed by Dalton Roofing and myself, they roofers took before and after close up photos of the chimney stack. The admin team always kept me updated by email. I know this day and age finding a trustworthy roofer can be very difficult at times which is why I fell lucky finding Dalton Roofing. Prior to finding Dalton Roofing I had been messed about by a few roofing companies who were a bunch of greedy time wasters. Dalton are reasonably priced and work to a very high standard. I am very happy and feel rest assured that my chimney stack is structurally safe. Thank you Dalton Roofing.

Very impressed with Dalton Roofing. We had a number of leaks on an old roof and two other companies had tried to fix them without success. We contacted Dalton who came out very quickly to assess the issues. Phil explained the problems and gave me options to consider. He sent me a detailed quote on the same day which I accepted and the work was completed exactly on schedule. During the job, I spoke to Jake who was doing the work. He was great; he answered all my questions, explained what he had done in detail and gave me real confidence that he had understood and fixed the problems. Communication from Ruby at their office was also great. Overall, Dalton have been excellent and I'd recommend them without reservation.

Clare is very flexible with how much of her services you use. You can have a simple site plan, detailed planting scheme or all this plus hands on and project managing the whole job. Which ever you choose you get first class service at a reasonable price.

We asked Clare to help us redesign our small London garden, and were really impressed by her ideas and suggestions. She took time to consider what we wanted from the garden and showed an extensive knowledge of different plants. The final drawings we received were very professional. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result!! The design took on board our preferences for shape and materials and the planting plan our ideas for coverage and colour We now have a superb maintenance easy garden that is a riot of our favourite colours Clare managed the whole process to our entire satisfaction including dealing with the subcontractors Most importantly the work was done on time and in budget. Clare really helped us with our garden design and her beautifully hand drawn pictures brought to life the ideas we had. From her initial meeting where we shared our ideas to her final concept plans, Clare was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The end product is brilliant and we are really happy with the design and the plants in the raised borders are the perfect colour and height for what we needed. I would highly recommend Clare for garden design and the planting plans.

He completed the replacement of all my guttering within one day and the aluminium guttering looks fantastic - really glad I went for this over plastic. Sophie planned our daughter’s 18th birthday party last week end and we would highly recommend Luxe events. Sophie and her team were amazing, creative, professional, dedicated (in adverse weather!) and her attention to detail was second to none.
