I came here desperately seeking help following a hair disaster at home after being coloured elsewhere. Sarah was lovely and pointed me in the direction of Natasha as she was fully booked. Natasha managed to get me in the same day for colour correction and I can honestly say I have not liked my hair this much in a very very long time. She was very precessional and attentive making sure I was comfortable, happy and had a drink throughout. The whole process took around 5 hours however I could not be happier. Thank you so much Natasha, you are brilliant! Look forward to booking again with you in the future for all my hair needs! x

It was my time at Effleurage for a very Dover due cut and blow dry. It’s a lovely place. Online booking was very easy. Natasha was really nice and welcoming. I had a cut and blow dry, she was amazing at blow drying. I will definitely be returning.

Brilliant job. Our block paving was so dirty and they did a fantastic job. It’s looks brand new again! Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. Very friendly and professional service, would recommend

A totally professional company. From my initial contact with the company Ainsley sorted out a day and time for the repair of the kitchen extractor unit. Frazier arrived on time he was totally professional and polite unfortunately the kitchen extractor was not repairable. I ordered a new unit and again this was booked to be fitted. Sean arrived on time and fitted the unit he was fantastic professional and very polite. This company is the best in every way. Will definitely recommend this company , first class, and thank you . I had Electrical Innovations out for a house alarm service. House alarm was beyond economical repair. I was given various options, went for the wireless system, provided with a quote and accepted. They turned up when they said they would, performed the job to the highest standard, took old alarm away and all the packaging from the new alarm. I was kept updated with arrival times via text message. Brad the technician cleaned up after himself, no mess was left. We were very impressed with the service provided. Once the alarm was installed, Brad went through everything with me, explained the settings and set up the app on our phones. Fantastic service, you get what you pay for. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended. Well done Electrical Innovations, very pleased with the service. Very refreshing in this day and age. Thank you.

Fantastic work carried out by Stu, Frazer, Louis and the team. Solar Panels installed, nest thermostat, ring doorbell and a few other bits around the house. I cannot fault the standard of work and the professionalism and mannerism from all the guys was a stand out. Would definitely reccomend and will be using these guys for any future work needed. Kenlee has been wonderful during all process. She did a complete hair transformation and helped me to give my hair to make wigs for people with cancer. She gave me advice about the cut and colour that would suit me, but also what products to use. I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend her.

Many thanks to Lee for his friendly approach and good nature. Electrical problems are not a problem at all when this pro is involved. This guy knows his stuff. The first time we had a short circuit with the switches. Lee came, replaced it and fixed it in a few minutes. I want to note that it was a weekend. The second time we had a broken electric cooker. We had nothing to cook on. Lee came, quickly figured it out, fixed it, advised what else needed to be done. And again everything works. I’ve been using Adam Hemsley for around five years since my previous electrician retired and I’ve been very impressed. He sticks to his quotes and you know exactly what you’re paying for. Fast and efficient turnout, no dramas or shocks ( pun intended) There have two occasions when I’ve needed him quick at commercial properties, one being a hairdressers he attended straight away. I would happily recommend him.

Used Adam Hemsley electrical when my elderly father was experiencing an electrical fault in his home whilst I was at work and unable to get there. Adam attended promptly and managed to sort out the electrical fault that had left my father without power, which he depends on as he has multiple health and mobility issues. Adam also provided information on how we can resolve the issue to prevent further outages. Adam is extremely competent and also friendly. He made sure my father was comfortable and safe and made sure I was fully informed about the situation.
