Ray has cleaned our double oven for a few years now and we are always absolutely blown away by his attention to detail and meticulous approach. Our oven is left absolutely sparkling. It looks brand new again!! Ray is very professional, friendly and polite - we value his service hugely. Would absolutely recommend his work :)

Ray is an absolutely lovely man and a pleasure to speak to. He is certainly the BEST oven cleaner around and I can not recommend him high enough. My oven is like new! Ray puts 100% into his cleaning and it certainly shows in the sparkle! The little added touches such a new lights, liners and his knowledge of the oven is second to none and his price is such a bargain. I am definitely a new regular and will recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Ray has cleaned our ovens twice now and both times he has been nothing but professional (even with a baby and toddler trying to 'help'!) Ray takes his time to ensure the oven is spotless, provides liners, if needed, and gives advice for future care. Would highly recommend.

We've been using Poppies for over a year now. Tracey and Paula have been absolutely brilliant and we've not had a bad experience yet. Any feedback is always addressed promptly and we've never had a day be missed - they always find a way to cover sickness or holidays which is really great for us! We have three cats and a very(!) lively dog so I bet our house is not exactly a dream client house but our regular cleaners have always been amazing with our pets and very patient. Thank you!

I have been using Poppies for a number of years now for both home and office and we have always found them reliable, professional, honest and trustworthy. Always love arriving to find a lovely clean home (and they make a fuss of my dogs) and our office is always of a very high standard and they are in and out before we arrive. Neale was great from start to finish, he was able to provide advice on what options I have as well as a quote for the work very quickly and has done an excellent job of replacing my under cupboard kitchen lights. Neale left the kitchen spotless. Would absolutely use Neale again for anything electrical within my home and will recommend him to family and friends.

We called Neale in as we had no electricity in our bathroom and the fan in the downstairs loo was intermittent. We were very happy with Neale's work and he corrected the faults quickly. We would certainly use Neale Brendon in the future and recommend him for any electrical work.

Neale provided his expertise to replace an induction hob for my elderly mum, nothing was too much trouble; his service was quick and professional and he spent time to show my mum the controls and functions of the new appliance. A fabulous experience at Makeover today! Usually I don’t enjoy getting my curly hair cut but today was so lovely. Millie clearly understands how curly hair is different and the whole process was relaxing, enjoyable and I learnt how to get the best from my hair. Had an amazing curl experience with Georgia! After struggling to find a stylist with the knowledge to work with curly hair in derby, I was so grateful when Sally approached me and let me know about the new curl service her salon was offering. I learnt so much about my curls and Georgia ensured I was using my Only Curls products correctly, teaching me new techniques. Would recommend to all- whether you’re just finding your curls or an expert in your routine. Will definitely be back for my maintenance cut!

Great service from the team Oct/Nov for carpets, oven and kitchen. Particularly difficult stain on tired carpet treated and the team came back and re-cleaned afterwards providing a good finish. We had the team from All Seasons Cleaning in yesterday to clean our ovens and sofas. What an amazing job they did - the ovens actually look brand new and the 10 year old sofas that have never been cleaned look fantastic. They even managed to pull in an area of carpet with marks and stains that we hadn’t actually booked in with them. A very thorough and professional service at very reasonable prices - would definitely recommend ☺️

I can’t recommend this company enough! Lee arrived on time and even messaged 40 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way. His work was fantastic. I had a burn mark in my lounge carpet and he used a piece of spare carpet to repair the area. I was astounded by the quality of his work, and found it very difficult to see where the repair had been done. He gave me advice about how to treat the carpet- when to vacuum etc and his work was clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

We have lots of stone paths, patios and a block paved driveway all of which needed urgent attention to make them safe to walk on. Adrian quoted and carried out the job promptly and at our convenience. He said that it was one of the most challenging jobs he'd undertaken in eight years but he left everything looking absolutely spotless. Everyone thought that we'd had new paving laid! Even though it took more work and products than he'd estimated he stuck to his price. He was polite, friendly, punctual and was a pleasure to deal with. He clearly takes pride in doing a good job, leaves everything super clean and tidy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Very reliable, came when they said and keep in touch with my partner about what they were doing and when returning to sand (due to the bad rain we have been having). Would highly recommend!
