The drinks on a Friday are so lovely, perfectly catches the evening sun. The best spot for an end of week beer, and hot food available too! Also a fantastic shop should you need any fresh and local produce!

A charming and delightful local village cafe located on Cobham Road, Fetchham. Welcoming staff with seating inside and out. Sat outside on a lovely sunny day with a coffee and Panini.

Popped in for a sneaky mulled-wine (homebru and highly recommend). Had some good times at the Fetcham and Ashtead branches this year. Always good vibes and service!

Heather Farm Cafe

We came here for lunch after a walk around Horsell common. My parents have been here multiple times, but this was my first visit and I will definitely be returning. I have coeliac disease, but they advised that the allergens could be found online and that they had gluten free bread and buns to substitute. They also confirmed the chips are fried separate so are safe to eat. Food was delicious and reasonably priced, plenty of choice. They also have a dog menu, which is a nice touch.

Very good cafe, food is well cooked and presented. We had egg benedict and a full English breakfast. Service is friendly and fast. It does get very busy at peak times.

Great atmosphere and food. Good portions and reasonable price. However waitering service could be improved. Used cutlery and plates from previous customers were not cleared before we sat down in the cabin. We had to ask for someone to clear it when we were served our food despite waiters being available to clear it. Cutlery was not provided with the food, so I had to get it myself. The station nearest to us was not kept full, I had to ask for the manager for cutlery and to top it up. Tip for improvement: Waiters to clear tables more efficiently by prioritising tables people are sat at before clearing empty tables.

Great place to go for breakfast, then followed by a nice walk along the amazing wetlands! Parking is great and free. There is loads of room outside including awesome outdoor pods which we used last time. The food is really nice and priced fairly. My personal tip is to arrive just after it opens, or around 9:30 - it’s not very busy then, and has a brilliant atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly too.

Brilliant place. Well set out. Very dog friendly. Great staff, great food. It has everything you need even a dog washing station and ice-cream. My dog had a venison chew supplied by them. Ate it so fast only managed to get her picking her lips at the end.

Charlie & Ginger Leatherhead

1B North St, Leatherhead KT22 7AX, UK | Coffee Shop
P: 01372 801755

Rating: 4.7 (350) Price Level:

Excellent vibes, terrific coffee, great food. What's more, the service is good - the staff are warm and welcoming. The menu is interesting without being overwhelming. I've not been to one of the musical performances that they apparently host, but it sure seems like a good venue to host a small, intimate musical evening. The one sticking point was the slightly sticky tables (I tried two of them), reminding one of a round-the-corner greasy spoon, but that apart, Charlie & Ginger is super cool.

Lovely atmosphere and friendly service. Lovely place for a breakfast or brunch. Nice and clean. Worth noting: 1) it is on the high-end when it comes to prices 2) cappuccino is not very frothy so it’s more like a caffellatte of flat white. Dogs welcomed.

By far one of the best Cafes I’ve been to. Service is top notch. The team is extremely accommodating. The tomato soup is definitely worth a try (multiple times if you can). The Mezze bowl too is the yummiest I’ve had. Great quality and quantity. Decor and ambience is lovely. Got a lot of work done in a quiet corner. Will definitely come back every time I’m in Leatherhead. Travelled from Bournemouth for work and was worried I wouldn’t find a place to rest and work until I had to return. Great place overall!! The toilet too are beautiful and clean⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Took away a Brownie which was amazing as well!

I have been getting my coffee from Charlie & Ginger for years now at this rate, and there is a reason for it! Perfect coffee, great seating spaces, and delicious pastries. They do have a loyalty stamp card, so you can get a free coffee every so often. It's a great spot if you WFH, there are spaces with charger points. They also sell really nice candles & coffee beans for those with a machine at home. The aesthetic of the cafe is also so pretty, and the staff are always super friendly (and will remember your order if you are a regular!) They also have clean toilets, are dog friendly, and have space for bikes outside.

Had a delicious large salad here, as an early lunch... was delicious, and was truly a large plate. Good value for money, and the ambience is pretty good. They have a large selection of items on the menu, and decent coffee and drinks too. All served quickly, with polite and friendly staff... what's not to like!

This is a great location for lunch, and it is quite popular, so if you don’t like queues, like myself, come here closer to 2pm. I liked very much their toasted sandwiches and ciabattas, and their soups were great too. You can even get a sandwich with Polish sausage, which is very tasty and completely unknown for the greatest majority of Brits.

Very affordable prices and friendly staff. The portions for the food are crazy big, considering how reasonably priced they are. But they aren't just cheap, large portions. They're tasty too. The only reason I couldn't give the atmosphere 5 stars is out of a very subjective personal preference. I prefer to eat in a dimly lit, quiet place, as I have social anxiety and get extremely anxious when I'm exposed to other people. It really helps when they're friendly and welcoming though so definitely a 5 star for the service.

A hidden gem, fantastic place and really friendly. Great breakfast and my kid loved it... especially stealing my chips. I am going to go back next weekend as I am in the area every week.

Here you can see the chef's specialty for a Thursday lunch, lasagna with chips and salad. It was delicious, hot and we had a bunch of sauces on the table as well. It was a little bit too much for me, I left a little bit of lasagna on my plate when I was done. 5* for the friendly staff, the location, the place. Highly recommend this place.

Cafee Deniro Leatherhead’ as in all their branches, serve breakfast and lunch. The food is always fresh and tasty, definitely you have to try moussaka and vegetarian lasagna. The prices are very reasonable, and if you chose the set breakfast menu the delicious fresh roasted coffee or tea is included. The shop is very clean and tidy. If you come inside you will definitely come back, because the staff are friendly, helpful, and with fast service. They really have their heart in their work, especially the lovely girl, the manager.

Lunchtime walk and sanga stop here... not bad, but could have been in a slightly better bread... having said that, arrived hot and pretty tasty. Drinks were a bit on the pricy side.

It was a quiet Monday afternoon, so no queues or trouble with seating. There's a lot of outside seating if the weather is nice and a fair amount inside but on a busy day could be a bit of a struggle to find a spare seat. We had one of that day's specials, a three bean chili loaded fries, very fresh and delicious.
