Plenty of seating inside at the back and also small section to the front. Quick service. Flat white was strong. Sausage roll was ok, £2.80, served hot.

Nice coffee shop. The service was excellent. It is a decent size with outside seating as well. Also, a nice selection of food and pastries to choose from.
Rating: 4 / 5
Cute independent coffee shop. The lady that served us was professional and helpful. It's bigger than it looks in the outside as there's seating in the back.

Rating: 4.6 (228) Price Level:
This is no longer Crave. It's Big Bad Wolf Coffee and it's amazing. Definitely upping the game in Streatham. Gluten free crepes and various baked goods as supply runs. AMAZING coffee and service!
Rating: 5 / 5
Love the coffee, and I loved the banana bread I had. It's a small place, so when 5 people sit done separately, it's pretty much full. It is a good place to work if you can grab a seat. Even sitting outside was good, although WiFi doesn't stretch that far, so ask for the other WiFi instead, X something.
Rating: 5 / 5
Big Bad Wolf Coffees offers exceptional coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. Their cappuccino is perfectly balanced, and the seasonal cold brew is a refreshing treat. The space is cozy with plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, and a harmonious blend of rustic and modern decor. The friendly staff and soothing background music enhance the overall experience. Whether you're there to work, relax, or catch up with friends, Big Bad Wolf Coffee is the perfect spot. Rating: ★★★★★

Café Barcelona
344 Streatham High Rd, London SW16 6HH, UK | Cafe P: 020 8769 9169
Rating: 4.6 (538) Price Level:
Great cafe in Streatham, Portuguese and Spanish vibes, live music too! Love the cappuccino and cortado, the “Pastel de Nata” is amazing For the sweet stuff: The orange and almond cake is not to be missed too, proper homemade greatness. It’s close to the train station so ideal to grab a takeaway but also to stay in with a trendy interior and unique tables and chairs. The coffee is really good here but the food is great too. As for savoury treats, I have tired the cheese and tomato croissant and the toasties as well as the fries. All really nice and delicious. I have been a customer for many years and will be for many to come. 100% recommended!!

Cafe Barcelona in Streatham, just a short 3-minute stroll from Streatham train station and near Brixton, is a delightful find. Renowned for their exquisite handmade custard tarts, this cafe offers a charming and cozy atmosphere that makes it a perfect spot for breakfast or a casual bite. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. I sampled the poached eggs and scrambled eggs with chorizo and bacon, both of which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. For those with dietary preferences, the cafe also provides a range of vegan options, ensuring there's something for everyone. Overall, Cafe Barcelona is a gem in Streatham, combining excellent food with a warm and inviting ambiance. Whether you're in the mood for a quick coffee, a sweet treat, or a hearty breakfast, this cafe is definitely worth a visit. The best part is they’re open from 8AM!

I really enjoyed the handmade custard tarts at this café-restaurant. I actually had 2 of them along with English tea. They claim to have the best handmade custard tarts in London. This was our first visit on a stormy day, and we quite loved the cosy vibe inside. It’s owned by a musician, so you might even catch some live music.

I loved the vibe of this place and it’s in a fun part of town as well. Nice comfortable seating, wonderful service and great food and coffee. I particularly loved their fresh juices (of which I had the greens one with ginger - it was excellent). Also had their triple grilled cheese. Marked this one in my favorites.

What a lovely place to stop and enjoy a proper espresso cappuccino. I also had a delicious Halloumi Shack. This brunch saw me through the whole day. The cafe is very family oriented. The staff are so welcoming. The seating arrangement gives you that homely feeling. The ambiance and atmosphere draw you in and leave you feeling so comfortable with no hurry to leave. It was an enjoyable experience, loved by all.

This is my favourite cafe in Streatham. Given the wide choice we have, I consider this high praise! The food is very tasty, well seasoned, and the staff are more than happy to adjust it according to your needs. Friendly staff, books and magazines available. Just a really great cafe!

A cozy café with great coffee and fresh and delicious food and cakes; with a wide variety. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for a quick break or catching up with friends. Highly recommend!

Great breakfast sandwich with decent Cumberland sausage. Came with red and brown sauce sachets to choose from. Will request their granary bread next time. 👍

Third time I've been here and the food and coffee is so good! They even do filter coffee for 2 quid before 11am on the weekend. Great service and a quality fry up.

Great coffee try it to test your self

Amazing food and great service. We had tibs, spinach, shero and salad served fresh with fresh teff Enjera. Teff is highly nutritious and gluten free. We washed it all down with a very tasty spicy tea. Lovely traditional music plays in the background. The best Eritrean/Ethiopian cusine in London. Very reasonably priced. Can't wait to visit again. I highly recommend this Cafe/Restaurant.

Absolutely joyful visit to this cafe, the barista was so nice to chat to! The iced coffee was delish as well. They sell Aussie snacks which was a fun surprise!
Rating: 5 / 5
Went back after about a year and things have vastly improved. Old review was 3*, now it's 5* all the way. Coffee is much better and service was impressive....recommended now and well done for the improvement. WiFi is good and they have power points aplenty and even some very comfortable chairs. Nice place to sit down and chill for a while.

Love the coffee from this little coffee shop - I go out of my way to get mine from here. Yakob who works there is such a charming young man; totally into his coffee making; makes a delicious coffee; and is one of those baristas who helps create the great community vibe that we have here in Streatham.

The Rookery Café
37 Streatham Common S, London SW16 3BZ, UK | Cafe P: Not available
Rating: 4.1 (615) Price Level:
This café is lovely! The coffee is very good and strong, they use good coffee beans. The sandwiches and cakes are great, too! The staff is lovely and attentive. Very nice atmosphere, I would come back here! ☕️
Rating: 5 / 5
Located next to the rookery and Paddling pool in Streatham Common Park, this is one of my favourite cafés although very busy because of its great reputation. The food and coffee are exceptional. There is a mobile toilet at the back, but, again queue can be long during weekends. They also sell local produce like a variety of honey and locally baked pastries. You can also sample sustainable water bottles and cold drinks. Love the vibes with children and pets running around.
Rating: 4 / 5
This is such a cute cafe, love it but when I went there it was too busy and I am not keen on noisy dogs but definitely want to go back on a quiet day, and go with someone. It's near a really pretty garden. Take a loved one there : )
Rating: 5 / 5
We booked in for the Rookery Café "Spring Feast", which was a fabulous multi-course gourmet meal. It's an intimate space, and the service felt very personalised. The food was WOW. I think they do this evening pop-up restaurant every few months - it's expensive, but an excellent treat.
Rating: 5 / 5
I think this is actually pretty exceptional for a park cafe and wish we had the same in our local parks. The food and presentation is most definitely above and beyond other local parks including big parks like Beckenham Place Park and Crystal Palace. I guess it comes down to personal taste and preferences but I found their breakfast offering exceptional. If you want a decent cooked breakfast that is countryside fresh come here. I think for some the breakfast needs to be larger but for me it was perfectly sized. I do agree that the staff need to be more welcoming. I hope that visitors to the cafe can bare with the cafe in finding its feet and finding good staff.
