First visit with friends, it was very impressive service and foods! Having a little birthday brunch with my friends but didn't mention it to the staff. Surprisingly, our waitress brought a birthday plate and sing a song for my friend. Thanks for all the staffs and lovely services, can't wait to go back again!

Visited on a cold Tuesday afternoon in January and this cute little place was a great way to forget about the cold. There was a great selection of food and drinks as you can see. Maria was a great host and Rolando made the most amazing coffee. Highly recommend!

Simply my favorite coffee shop in one of the best areas! I love sitting downstairs - it’s so cozy and comfortable. The atmosphere is lovely, and the people around are always so nice. It’s the perfect spot to stop by and unwind. And to top it off, they’re dog-friendly too! Thank you for creating such a wonderful space.

Met my B-school friend and his best man in London when he visited last year! Luckily, I got us a spot as I came earlier, and I liked the avocado toast here. It was last year, so I can’t upload the photos for food anymore. I am happened to be in this area again after a very nice lunch around here, so I’m happy to see this store again! I needed to use my laptop immediately, and it saved my life….other store has no laptop policy and I had to be a laptop refugee to 👀 around There were no glass windows for the pastries 🥐 last time I came…. Some new changes:) Happy to see Eric again who works for Watchhouse and thanks for recognizing me from Hanover. I feel staff are super friendly in this Marylebone store👍👍👍Thanks for tell me where I can buy the teapot and demo how to make tea, I appreciate more after seeing how it was made.

Great place to have a breakfast and don’t leave without having a coffee if you are a coffee lovers. I ordered : - hot americano 10/10 amazing - flat white 9/10 - avocado on toast 7/10 - Granola 9/10 Overall everything was perfect except the high prices compared to the quality of food they served. But the place is fantastic and I love the most about it that there’s multiple choices for breakfast and bakery. Is mostly crowded so u might wait for a few minutes or have a table downstairs.

I was drawn in by the atmosphere of this restaurant and from entry to exit had the most lovely dining experience. I’m celiac and vegetarian and they had SO many options for me! They were utterly wonderful, attentive, and made sure I had a great experience all around. The food was excellent. I so appreciate this entire staff and restaurant for taking such good care of your patrons!! I’ll be back next time I’m visiting London :)

We had late lunch at 3 pm. The staff are extremely courteous and accomodating. We had the 2 course set menu (starter, main) and added the dessert. Nice food and presentation. The photos show the buffalo mozzarella (starter), salmon rillette (starter), pan fried chicken (main), and chocolate brownie.

Rating: 4.2 (245) Price Level:

I’ve walked past this many times, thinking it looks TOO swish to be good, but I was so wrong! I popped in today, rather than the many chains in the area, and was very impressed, it’s probably the best coffee I’ve had in London in a long time, and I drink a LOT of coffee…! Attentive service, great ambiance, and delicious coffee. Recommend!

This is the second branch of Shot that we tried and loved, this branch is more chill vibe-wise while maintaining the elegancy Shot is known for. The staff are interacting, and welcoming, notably Sergio he’s amazing. Thank you.

I love their decaf latte! Very well rounded taste and well extracted. Consistent taste as I tried the same decaf latte too in their other branch. Service was courteous and super fast. It was quiet on a Monday morning. This branch completes my coffee trail of the SHOT brand as I have gone to all 3 branches. Hope they open more branches!

Usually, I don’t drink drip or black coffee because it’s bitter, but when I tried the Panama coffee at SHOT, it was the most delicious and unique coffee I’ve ever had in London. Its taste was sweet, and both the cold and hot options were amazing. I would also like to thank the manager for his excellent service and all the café staff for their exceptional and delicious selections. I truly hope we can have a branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. ❤️

Update: Back again specifically to have the Kaiserschmarrn and our favourite Chicken Broth with Chopped Herb Pancake. Also ordered the sausages with potato salad, sauerkraut and caramelised onions. Special mention - the Kaiserschmarrn did not disappoint and the thuringer bratwurst was juicy and very tasty. Once again, excellent, polite and friendly service - relaxed and not rushed. Food served promptly. Last Visit: Ordered: Chicken broth with chopped herb pancake- this was absolutely delicious. Twice baked soufflé suisse - light soufflé sitting on a creamy cheese chive sauce. Bacon Grostl with Fried Eggs - crunchiest potato with well rendered bacon. Austrian Potato Salad - tangy, great in refreshing the palate after the decadent soufflé and grostl. Was looking forward to getting the Kaiserschmarrn but we had no more space. Excellent service. Well portioned for the price. Good food.

I was in urgent need of some hot milk for my baby to prepare his food while we were on the go. When I walked into the shop ready to purchase some, Hajar (I hope I remembered this correctly) kindly offered us the milk free of charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it’s heartwarming to see kindness and generosity in the world. It’s great to see that ARRO Coffee is willing to support parents in this way, recognizing that some things, like milk for a baby, shouldn’t be about making a profit.

This is a lovely little coffee shop tucked away off busy Baker Street. Fantastic coffee, well made and good quality. I didn't try the food options but it all looked amazing (Italian deli style). A little bit of space inside to sit and friendly, swift staff.

Absolutely gorgeous place! Located on a side street, slightly away from the bustling main road. Coffee was actually great in taste! They also sell a variety of croissants and pastries.. the custard one or the pistachio one captured my attention.. They have different coffee blends and different type of brews.. from espresso, to filtered coffee and aero press one. Not many seats but lovely location even outside for some good people watching and reading a book. Prices are a bit higher than standards but definitely paying for quality. The staff gave away some pastries as they were closing down which is also a nice human touch. Will be back or explore the other locations 👌🏼

As I headed out for the afternoon/evening, I wanted to find a cafe to sit down and do some work, but in the back of my mind, I knew it would be a long shot to find one that would open after 7pm. Fortunately, I stumbled across this place as I thought about venturing down to the Marylebone/Baker Street area. This cafe/bar delivers a great cosy, intimate and chilled ambiance to the evening and it was a lovely stop. They had a 2 for 1 happy hour deal for cocktails, again, you can only choose one as part of the deal. Quite a number of options for their signature cocktails, which was lovely. I opted for their signature winterberry. Strong berry and alcohol kick which was nice. I then got the crispy fried squid. It was slightly crispy, salty and chewy. Though, for the price, it’s not something worth choosing for such a small plate that amounts to the price of a meal. So definitely wouldn’t opt this if I were to go next time. Service is friendly as expected. The place is busy and slightly loud, but you’d still be able to hear yourself talking. Good place to do some evening work on your device and they also have WiFi. Would like to come here again during the day to try their lunch menu.
