I had an absolutely wonderful time at the bird cafe over the weekend. We were lucky enough to get a window seat and were able to watch the birds and squirrels feeding which was very entertaining! Delicious coffee and cookie and wonderful food. The new owners are very friendly and welcoming and I can’t wait to see what they do with the place. We will definitely be returning.

I still can't believe I had no idea this gem existed until recently. This was my second visit and my new favourite cafe. The food is delicious, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and of course the views are unbeatable! Such a gem and only half an hour drive from where we are in Sheffield. I found out that has recently changed hands and I got to meet the new owners (who are also so lovely). There have already been changes made between the first time I visited and today and I much prefer the décor! I can't wait to see the progress of this wonderful place.

I visited the first time during the storm named Bebet and the valley was flooded. Today I visited and it was quite busy. I would have given the cafe five stars if it hadn't have been difficult to park. Apparently the car park is shared by several businesses. I'm surprised to learn that this business was started in 2021 because it feels as though its been here much longer. The atmosphere is very cheerful and there is a variety of visiting birds just outside the window as they come to feed on the many bird feeders hanging close by. The staff are exceptional and the service is first class. I cannot find any fault with this cafe and its the sort of place that makes you want to linger.

Lovely little spot for lunch! Me and my partner went here before a hike up the peaks. We both had jacket potato with tuna which was just what we needed to fuel us for the day! Only thing was they had no chilli topping left which was disappointing but working in hospitality myself I know this cannot be helped at times, so this was not a problem! Lovely views out the window and has a lovely little gift shop! We also tried some freshly baked goods which were delicious so whoever is in charge of baking these you are incredible!😍 highly recommend x

arrived 12:15pm on wednesday, plenty of free tables available. the breakfast menu is finished 11:30am. the lunch menu is not comprehensive, the additional meals are on special menu broad. the beef lasagne was delicious. the cheese leek quiche is good but the whole dish was rather small. the bread and butter pudding was not baked in custard, it came with custard. if you want to watch birds, select table by window unfortunately, only few tables are located by the window.
