Esther and James were so welcoming and lovely. I attended this hair salon for the first time, due to the amazing reviews and I could see why they have received excellent feedback. Esther was confident with hair styling for both myself and my husband, and we knew we were in safe hands. I normally attend expensive hair salons in central London, but due to Covid, I wanted to go somewhere more local, and I'm so happy I found this salon. We will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Visiting the salon for the first time after reading the reviews. Jimi was excellent and professional, she gave my hair a thorough wash, when I asked her to pay attentions on a particular area of my scalp, she didi it without hesitation. She did a wonderful job at plaiting my fine and thin hair without using any spray (because I prefer not to use chemical whilst recovering from surgery). Very reasonable price too! Love the feeling of being looked after. I highly recommend.

I love this hairdressers - undoubtedly the best in the local area. I am quite picky about my hair, and Esther gave me the exact cut I wanted. She is incredibly talented and skillful, and affordable, and I can't recommend her enough. She's very friendly and welcoming too, so you literally can't go wrong!

I’m so impressed with the cut and blow-dry I had with Issy. She took the time to discuss what I wanted and really listened to me. Issy was happy to look at the photos I brought in and clearly understood what I was going for. I’m very particular about how my fringe is cut but she executed it perfectly. I’ll definitely be returning! Also - the blow dry held for 3 days !

I had the absolute best experience with Issy doing my balayage—10/10! From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel so comfortable and listened carefully to what I wanted. Her attention to detail and expertise were clear throughout the process, and she gave great advice on tones that would suit me. Both Marnie and Olivia give a highly professional, friendly and outstanding service! I am getting new hair extensions soon and an addition to doing my maintenance today, Marnie spent time going through different colour and length options, giving me advice on what will look best and making me fully aware of the choices I have and the prices. Whenever I go to Crown Perfect, Marnie and Olivia always ensure that it is a pleasure to get my hair done and I could not recommend them more highly!

Marnie was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and then went slowly explaining what she was doing while cutting so I could give feedback on length the whole time giving me exactly what I wanted! My hair is soft shiny and feels healthy again. The head massage from Keira was also great and delicious coffee. I'll be back!!

Amazing experience! I went for a complete restyle. I had a long, thick and heavy hair. I asked Alan to do what he found good for me, he did a lot of questions regarding what I like and don’t like, If I wanted a short or medium cut… and after all the information he explained to me what he thought was a good solution… and worked perfectly for me!!! I look different in a good way and the cut it’s easy to maintain and fit perfectly my personality and style!!! Thank you Adam, and the staff for the kind welcoming atmosphere and the massage chair are a plus 😉

Alan is a star! Listened to exactly what I wanted, along with my preferred style of balayage (I like it bold, not subtle). He gave me really sound advice on my current hair texture and condition and I was delighted with the end result. I am extremely particular with my hair and I honestly felt that Alan executed it perfectly!

Very friendly and polite, knows her job well and has some good advice, created a rough estimate for some laser treatments. Put me at ease straight away!! Very clean room, smelled and looked fresh. Only met Abbie but got the impression that everyone enjoys their job and takes pride in what they do. A very good all round experience.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a long time now and honestly one of the best places I have ever been. Such good customer service. Along many other treatments I did my laser hair removal at this salon and I saw results instantly after the first session!! This Salon also has lots of deals and packages which is really good. I had been going to The Classic to do my hair for the last 5 years, the owner is amazing and so professional. I used to go to Central London to do my hair but he is better that the best London Salons. He will advised you on what suits, he is really knowledgable and talented. He only use the best products. Danny is fantastic and very professional. He has been cutting my hair for many years. He might appear to be unfriendly at first. I remembered it took few times for us to get used to each other. But once you become a regular customer, he takes care of his customers seriously and really brings the best of customer's style.

My Grandma fell to the ground nearby to the Classic Hair Salon, the worker there was quick to offer a chair, pillows and blankets to help her feel comfortable and bring her back on her feet. Very kind and decent of him.

I've been to many hair salons in London over the years and The Hair Boutique has been the best experience I've had in a very long time. The owner was my stylist and she did a fantastic job with both colour and cut. Friendly service and great value too. I will definitely be returning!

I had my cut and styled and dyed on a Sunday and Sun was my hairdresser. The first thing I noticed was how extremely clean and pleasant the place was plus the staff. I was greeted and they took care of my coat and heavy bags right away. Sun did a terrific job explaining how my hair would look like before actually dyeing and styling it. It’s my first time cutting my hair very short plus getting a fringe so I was pretty nervous. But she gave really good advices with my hair color and the looks that are trendy nowadays so I just immediately trusted her. Sun’s hand was light while she was working on my hair and I absolutely loved the massage she gave me while washing my hair that I ended up falling asleep. All in all, the service was even more than I hoped for and I felt like I was really taken care of. I 100% recommend this place!! Specially Sun😁

I decided to try a new hair salon and somewhere that knew how to deal with my straight and flat asian hair. Booked with Chako who was absolutely amazing at transforming my long dull flat hair. I didn’t know what i wanted but showed her photos and she talked through it with me. She worked on perfecting my hair and asked me if i was happy throughout.
