Very friendly and polite, knows her job well and has some good advice, created a rough estimate for some laser treatments. Put me at ease straight away!! Very clean room, smelled and looked fresh. Only met Abbie but got the impression that everyone enjoys their job and takes pride in what they do. A very good all round experience.
