The best salon I’ve ever been to. When arrived I was greeted with tea and staff was friendly. I showed a couple photos of what I wanted and it exceeded expectations. My damaged, dry hair now feels so healthy, soft and bouncy. Thank you so much!! I would recommend this to everyone else, 5 stars 🤩

So so happy with my hair!! Andie was amazing coming in early to get me seen on a Saturday and transformed my hair from the tired unloved selfie hair to the beautiful balayage. She was great the whole way through explaining all the steps and decisions I felt very comfortable and will definitely be coming back! Thanks Andie!

I visited Ellie, and Andie did my hair. It looked amazing she was so helpful and really listened to what I thought might work. I felt very relaxed and my hair came out way better than I could even have imagined when I just came in for a simple cut. She is very talented and lovely to chat with too. Thank you! So very happy to have found M&L. I suffer severe anxiety re. visiting the hairdressers, so it took a lot of researching and a "leap of faith" to make my first visit. I needn't have worried - all the staff here are lovely and friendly, making you feel at ease, and who wouldn't relax with that beautiful garden to look at! The finished result was excellent (I had highlights by Louise and cut by Ludovic) - just what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. A big "thank you" and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I had such a lovely experience and haircut today! I was really lucky to get an appointment, I’ve been wanting to visit for ages but this salon is always busy. I actually felt a bit nervous but it’s a really nice atmosphere and the staff are lovely, smiling and welcoming so they really made me feel comfortable. My haircut is perfect, Ludovic listened to what I wanted! He’s got a really nice way about him, he’s professional but the conversation was easy and effortless. I feel lucky to have been able to visit today :-)

Best hairdressers! Louise always does an amazing job including working some balyage magic on my box dyed black hair ✨ colour and cut is exactly how I want it every time and it’s a gorgeous salon. I won’t go anywhere else.

I had a massage today with a lively therapist. I didn't ask for her name iam so sorry I should have! I had the deal with the superfood facial and back massage. Oh my goodness it was amazing and as I seen in another review it was better than treatments I have had at an expensive spa! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I was given the silver package as a gift . And oh my goodness, it was the best ever . Body and head massage and facial. Emma was the lady who took care of me.Everything that was in the silver package was excellent. .I highly recommend her and will be booking. more treatments with her . I felt absolutely wonderful when I left the beauty spa .

Been looking for a new salon since brain surgery this year. Tana B was recommended and I visited today for a cut and blow dry. From initial booking to my treatment today I have to say all staff are a credit to the business. Everyone made me feel very welcome indeed and the service was excellent. Well done ladies!

First time at this hairdresser’s and I had a colour correction and a blow dry. I’ve had a professional colour done before in other salons with less than impressive results, so I was a bit unsure about the whole thing, but I’m delighted with it. Fantastic colour - best ever - and a really great blow dry! Couldn’t be more pleased.

I believe there are not enough stars to stress how great these 2 ladies are. I had my hair done extremely beautiful and my eyelashes permed. Nela knew exactly what colour I wanted without even telling her and she xit my hair so beautiful that I xoulsnr believw my eyes...Dua did my eyelashes and it looked like I was a doll freshly taken out of box :) I went to many beauty salons but I was always diassapointed on the lack of profesionaliam and skills of the staff but Dua salon really impressed me and I will always choose it due to the level of dedication and perfectionism the staff is showing. Thank you so much ladies for making women more beautiful and giving them the extra boost of confidence and of course thank you for being so gentle and friendly ! I definitely recommend it!!!!

I had hair extensions fitted and I am very happy with the outcome. The staff was very friendly and made me feel important. Everything was communicated throughout the process and Kate is amazing lady. I highly recommend Jam hair.

I had my hair cut at Jam for the first time about a month ago. I have curly / wavy hair, I asked for a trim and to do something with a fringe, I suggested a curly fringe. What the stylist did was so much better than I could have imagined or asked for. Honestly, she cut my hair in a way that made my hair curler around my face, I love it so much! Stylist (SO sorry can't remember her name) really knows her stuff and didn't try to sell me any products. Very relaxed vibe at the salon, had a lovely tea and biscuit too . Highly recommend the salon, I'll definitely be back, so happy I've actually found a decent salon!

From start to finish I felt at ease and felt so comfortable with the whole experience. I start off with a very comprehensive consultation with Katie and discussed all my needs and worries. With a plan sorted the whole experience was exceptionally. Staff where brilliant. Certainly my hairdressers for life.

I have had my eyebrows threaded by Nadia every other week for around 6 years now. She's always so friendly and professional, and the salon is always clean. I wouldn't get my eyebrows done by anyone else! I've also had LVL lash lift and tint a few times, and the results are always amazing. My lashes look twice as long and they last a long time too. Nadia takes care to make sure I'm comfortable throughout the treatment and explains what she's doing at each stage. Highly recommend this lovely salon!

I went to have my nails done and what a fantastic job JH nails done for me at such short notice. Very professional and was able to do some threading for me aswell on Christmas eve!!! She was very helpful in giving me advice and the salon was calm and clean. Would definitely go again and told my daughter straight away about how good my experience was.

I was treated to a Peaceful Pregnancy Face and Body Experience. Karen was fantastic and made the experience so special and relaxing for me. Karen kept checking that I was comfortable and she couldn’t do enough for me. It was an incredible treatment and I left the salon feeling like a new person. I highly recommend Karen! I cannot wait to return in the future to try some more treatments. It is one of the best things I’ve done!
