Had a wash, cut & blow-dry with half a head of highlights. Neo offered the option of having natural highlights without the use of bleach to prevent damage to my hair. I am very pleased with the result; natural and professionally cut.

Neo was very thorough and spent a lot of time on attention to detail. I have fine hair and he really seemed to understand how to work it to it's strengths. The whole team were friendly and made effort to speak to me and repeatedly check on my comfort, I was asked 5 times if I'd like any refreshment! I particularly liked that Alexander made the effort to welcome me and have a chat and the free Christmas gift was a really nice touch. A lovely salon full of friendly and skilled staff. I've already booked my next visit!
Courtney and the team are a dream. Previously I used central London hairdressers and now have changed to Alexander hair. The team here are skilled, reasonably priced and so accommodating to your needs (and my constant changes of approach to my hair style :) ). Definitely a must try from those overpriced in town or other local salons. Well done guys :)
