They were exceptionally helpful, offering invaluable tips for caring for my 2-year-old daughter's hair. As you can imagine, working with young children isn’t always straightforward, but the team displayed endless patience and professionalism. The service they provided was nothing short of amazing, and the way they interacted with my daughter left her absolutely glowing with happiness. This was my first time having my hair done at Abi's Hair & Beauty Spa and it won't be the last! It's all about the experience at this salon. Nothing is too much trouble and every team member took time to speak to me at some point, they were all incredibly friendly. My stylist was Urszula - she put me at ease straight away as I'm always worried about vivid or creative colours as not everyone is comfortable with them but I was in the capable hands of this pink and lilac haired rock star. I showed Urszula a photo of what I wanted and I could see her creative cogs turning, not only did it turn out better than the photo she managed to give my hair colour more warmth and depth which made me look less washed out than the original would have. She took time to explain each product she was using and was clearly excited at the prospect of being given creative licence. I trusted her completely. I'm so happy with how it turned out, it's vibrant, it's beautifully cut and styled and my hair feels heathier than it has in months. I also had my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Shila who made sure to match a colour that suited my new hair. Shila (who is clearly their social media wizard) came and took artistic photos and videos thought the process of my day at Abi's - as someone who would usually feel awkward about that surprising I didn't! They made me feel looked after and ensured my happiness and comfort was their top priority. I would highly recommend this salon and the team at Abi's. Thank you!
