We took our daughter for a cut (from long hair to a very short hair style) and we had a great experience with Naomi. She was patient and explaining the process the whole way and made our daughter at ease with such a major change. I would highly recommend.

First time visit and it was a lovely experience. Molly and the other salon staff were so friendly and welcoming, the salon had a great atmosphere. Molly did a great job with my multi-coloured French tip gel manicure, really happy with it.

Kirsty is always on time, and is extremely talented. She has a great selection of colours, and can incorporate many different designs, which are always amazing. I get a manicure and gel nails every few weeks and love every minute, She provides great value for money, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you meet her. I would highly recommend :)

Kirsty is a delight to have a manicure with. Her care and advice is super. All her equipment is scrupulously clean. She has a wonderful choice of colours - zany & traditional , plus some lovely neutrals. Kirsty has always run on time for my appointments & is v responsive by phone. I cannot recommend Kirsty enough - she is fab !

No one is as good as Emma at waxing - you will understand when you see her! This review won't do her justice but she is so professional, kind and brilliant at what she does. She is also always quick to respond and book me in and I've never had a problem with parking / access to her salon. Literally can't fault her!

Emma is absolutely amazing, such a lovely, kind person who always makes me laugh and so comfortable. She really knows what she's doing and clearly loves her job and her clients. I couldn't recommend her more, everyone needs to go and see her!

So delighted Millie could fit me in. I travel from London to see Millie as she simply is the best colorist I have had. I get so Many compliments and I always know Millie will do a great job - the technique used also means it lasts longer. The salon is very welcoming - highly recommend.

The ambience in this salon is great. My first visit this morning. A previous salon not a positive colouring experience. Kelly, Paige and the lady washing hair, are fantastic. I cannot rate this salon high enough. Paige, cut and blow dry. I consider the best cut and finish for my hair I have ever experienced. A very happy customer. I look forward to Kelly colouring my hair in the near future.

My daughter just got her nails done and said: ‘the customer service was amazing and the nails were exactly what the inspiration picture was, they were so polite and friendly and they were very cooperative after I had asked for the wrong nail appointment over the phone. I am very happy to have Hannah as my aesthetician. Not only is she very professional and skilled at what she does, Hannah is so warm and friendly and puts you at ease straight away. The Send Therapy Rooms is a very comfortable and safe space. I felt fully informed of all the procedures and treatments that the Clinic offers, with absolutely no pressure or hard sell - just a thoughtful, honest, client focused approach that has made me feel much more inclined to return again and again.

Today I had my first course of the hydro facial. After an initial consultation and assessment of my skin, Hannah used her professional expertise to help target my hormonal acne breakouts. I loved the sensation of the treatment which certainly helped to extract gunk deep from within the skin. I’m looking forward to my monthly course of treatments. I’m also looking to booking other treatments with Hannah.

Hannah takes her time to explain the procedure and aftercare, she covers the risks as well as the benefits. She is a skilled practitioner as well as a delight to talk to. I have complete confidence in her knowledge and her technique reassures me that I am in safe hands. I’ve been very happy with the results on the 3 occasions I have visited.
