I recently visited Serenity, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting – true to its name. The salon is beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and stylish environment that immediately puts you at ease. I was lucky enough to have my hair washed and cut by Thea, and she was absolutely lovely. Thea really took the time to understand what I wanted, offering helpful suggestions and making me feel confident in her expertise. It’s clear that Serenity and its team care about their clients. Ella is the best hairdresser I've ever had. She was able to understand exactly what I wanted and execute it perfectly every time, even with a range of requests. Ella is also very lovely to chat to and has a great manner, I always looked forward to my appointments and have only stopped going because I moved away. The salon itself is lovely, and seems to be increasing the spa element of it all the time. I highly, highly recommend Serenity and Ella.

I had such a lovely time getting my hair done here. From my first consultation right through to the end result I felt pampered and well taken care of. I have long, thick, wavy hair which can be difficult to manage. Ella went above and beyond to ensure my highlights and cut suits my skin tone and face shape. The products they use on your hair is considered, bespoke, and of an extremely high standard. You literally feel as though you are having a spa day for your hair - living up to their salon name. During my visit I was also spoiled with Baileys hot chocolate, mince pies, and good conversation. A festive treat indeed. I will 100% be returning and cannot recommend this salon enough.

I bought my sister a Head Spa voucher to use at Serenity and it was amazing. From start to finish it was a lovely atmosphere where they had free chocolates and drinks, and the ambiance was very calm and relaxing for my sister. She thoroughly enjoyed the Head Spa and will certainly be returning 🤩

I was nervous when I made my appointment but the receptionist was lovely and very helpful. I received a warm welcome and the friendliest of service from all of the staff. What a truly talented colourist Laura is.. I've been coming here for about 5 years and always feel a million dollars when she has highlighted my hair. Nothing is to much trouble, if I want to go lighter she will change it, if I want it slightly darker then she will add more darker tones. Feel pampered and looked after each visit. Ben has been really great since the start of my skin journey with him. During my skin consultation we went through a full skin analysis, which showed issues that previous dermatologists had not addressed, Ben has since helped with a full treatment programme, including vitamins, skincare routine and diet recommendations. This has made me feel at ease to tackle my acne/rosacea, always taking the time outside of my treatment sessions to check in and give extra guidance. I’m super excited to continue this journey with Ben!

I had my first session of Micro needling with Ben at Modern Skin and had a great experience from the consultation to the aftercare. My skin feels and looks so good! Ben took his time to understand my skin concerns and explained everything so well. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and the quality of the products and the is fantastic!

I went to The Face and Body Workshop today, and being the first time I’ve ever had a beauty treatment in my life I was pretty nervous! Wonderful and friendly staff and amazingly comfortable and sumptuous treatment rooms made me feel at ease straight away. A great experience all round, I will be back for more. Highly recommended :)

I dread going to any kind of beauty salon / aesthetic place as I am so uncomfortable without my make up on. From the moment I walked in to the face and body workshop however I was warmly welcomed and so at ease. The staff are fantastic and the clinic is spotless but also cosy and homely. I have been looking forward to going back all week to see Karen! I also loved how there was absolutely zero pressure to book any further treatments and no hard sell of 'must have beauty products.' I really am so impressed and have seen an immediate improvement in my skin! Thank you!!!

Top service. Went in for a full head of highlights and was seen by Gavin. conversation flowed, time passed real quick and I came out with my hair exactly how I wanted. Gavin is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair and does exactly what you want/ need. Will now be a regular customer at Gavin's.

First time having my hair cut by Gavin today, he done a great job. The hair cut he gave me was spot on. He's also friendly fella and a pleasure to chat to. I'm new to the area and wanted to find a place where I could get my hair cut properly, so I'm chuffed to have found Gavin's hair studio.

I absolutely love how they do waxing here! I’ve been to other places such as (serenity in camberly) who had completely botched my waxing! I came back here snd Amit was so adamant on fixing the awful job serenity had done. Very friendly lovely girls and I won’t go anywhere else!!!!
