What can I say? Tara is absolutely incredible at what she does!! As a hairdresser myself my hair is very important to me and thinning at a young age made me feel so self conscious about it. She has transformed me and given me so much more confidence. Love love love my hair!

I started my journey in 2021 and it was probably one of the best decisions I have made. I done a lot of research on hair replacements and come across the hair lounge. When attending my consultation I was quite nervous but the minute I walked through the door I felt positive about the journey I was about to embark on. My journey has been absolutely amazing thanks to Tara and kaz. Always greeted with a warm welcome and the outcome of every appointment has been perfect. I’ve encountered a few hiccups on my journey where I’ve needed advice. Both Tara and kaz have always gone above and beyond to rescue me. I would 100% recommend the hair lounge.

So I had been suffering with hair loss for the past few years, with recent months having more significant hair loss, to the point I had lost myself and my confidence completely. I like many others looked at the options out there and came across The Hair Lounge, saw the reviews and how everyone had praised Tara's knowledge, warm approach, experience and her professionalism. So understandably I wanted to know more. I had a phone conversation with Tara to kick things off, discussing my concerns, my hair loss and what ideally I was looking for. This was the first opportunity I had to clearly see what everyone was reviewing about. Tara was so down to earth, so understanding and listened to my concerns, she also put me at complete ease and was straight to the point in terms of what could be offered. I decided to attend a consultation at The Hair Lounge and met with Tara, again she put me at ease, we discussed options and I got to see someone having a system replaced/fitted. Honestly it was absolutely amazing how that person looked with the system, you could not tell they had one and the confidence they had was amazing! Decided to go ahead with a system and take that all important decision to get my life back - Tara made me feel so comfortable, she is full of so much knowledge and literally cares so much about each of her clients, it is a personal journey for both parties so it is amazing to be able to be open and discuss everything. I can honestly say that Tara is such a wonderful person, cares truly about what she is doing and sees the whole process as giving the client their confidence back, whilst ensuring you come away with all the information you need. From my heart Tara I thank you for giving me back my confidence, for making me feel like me again and for providing me with an amazing system and a wonderful experience, you are amazing!

I went to Amy today for a refresh, I said how I feel like my hair doesn’t frame my face well and it is very heavy and hard to style. Amy suggested a chop in length with long layers and face framing and I absolutely loooove it. She did the perfect bouncy blow dry to finish it off as well! So thank you very much Amy for giving me a perfect new style and for doing a fab job! Xx

I had such a wonderful experience getting a cut and blow dry with Amy. She was so knowledgeable about what cuts would suit me and funnily enough recommended a colour I had had before and loved. Recently moved to the area and I came across this little gem of a salon tucked away on the highstreet. Had a beautiful Matis facial, it was very relaxing, and my skin felt great! Thank you so much, I'm looking forward to my next one before Christmas. The staff were brilliant, I get anxious when trying new places however I met the salon manager Emily who greeted me, her customer service was brilliant, made me feel at ease coming into a new place for the first time. Felt like such a luxury almost like a mini spa.

If you like your massage firm and deep, this is the place for you. I do like this and at times it goes to the edge of what is comfy but it works. I have been back twice since my first visit. It feels very traditionally Thai but the ladies I have dealt with have very limited English.

I went for the first time last night and I have to say, having had many massages in Thailand this is as authentic as you'll get. Mimi was just brilliant. Highly recommend this spa.

having had different massages in different places and after having had a 90-min massage with Archaea I can highly recommend her. I trust her fully. She knows what she is doing and that is-for me- worth a lot. Fully be able to relax and re-energized when you leave her little heaven in Farncombe.

Amazing haircut experience, definitely recommend Enzorosario. I had my haircut by Enzo and absolutely love the cut he did. I have frizzy curly hair and Enzo really took the time to understand my hair and to give me a wonderful cut. The staff are very friendly and welcoming too. Will definitely be returning!

Going to the Hair and beauty bar was a wonderful experience, Everyone was very nice and welcoming, my Hairdresser took her time to get my hair just right, The hairdressers are very skilled and I'm happy to say that they managed to cut very thick and straight hair which has always a been challenge for many hairdressers I've went to before. I would definitely recommend their services, I'm looking foward to coming back when my hair needs another cut.

Had the BEST hair experience of my whole entire life here! I’ve been burnt (figuratively) by salons before, so was quite nervous before my appointment here … but I couldn’t have had a better time. They really took their time to understand exactly what I wanted and kept me updated through the whole journey. They put so much time and care into my hair - I had 4 different staff members at different points in the process, and each one was wonderful. I’m honestly so excited to go back, and I have never loved my hair more!

Am so happy that I found this salon. All the staff are lovely and welcoming. Tash has cut my hair a few times now and wouldn't want anyone else. Jemma is a colour magician.. was nervous about having my greying hair done (and not conviced by info i got from other salons) but so happy and have never had so many spontaneous compliments! Highly recommend.
