Charlotte was an absolute dream, couldn’t ask for a nicer experience! Extremely helpful with my attempt at describing the desired colour and cut - came out exactly as I’d hoped. She took great care with every step whilst being friendly and chatty throughout. Salon is a welcoming cosy atmosphere also. Will be back - thank you!

Very happy with my experience at the Hairy Chair! This was the first time colouring my hair in years and I had a very particular vision for what I wanted. Chris was fab - he dedicated lots of time to talking me through the technique and colours he could use to get the desired finish and the likely (and realistic) results I would be able to achieve if I did not use bleach. The result is exactly what I wanted. No damage caused to my hair and the perfect cut and colour. Great conversation and vibe which makes the time fly by! Chris is really accommodating and lovely. I would highly recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

What a lucky day when I accidentally bumped into the hairy chair on instagram! I have finally found MY hair salon after several not-so-enthusiastic try since I moved to London. I had colour and haircut done by Chris a couple of days ago: a wonderful hot pink from a natural black base that took 6 hours of his work and dedication (even kept him busy after opening hours, just for me, I felt like a queen, really!). I’m not the person that would happily spend all that time at an hair salon but in this case I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them. I’m madly in love with my new hair that I keep smiling when I see a mirror!! If it wasn’t clear enough I highly recommend it!

I have been a loyal client of Chris and The Hairy Chair for years. It's always a great experience, Chris is very talented and professional and takes his craft seriously. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair - always 5 stars!
