Karwen did a great job of quickly and efficiently removing 2 skin tags for me. She is very knowledgeable and gave great advice for aftercare and ongoing care.

I saw Karwen for a re-piercing of my left ear. She took great trouble beforehand to let me know all the aftercare needed (I'm sure I didn't receive as good advice on my first piercing twelve years ago at another clinic). I was given a good choice of earrings, and shown how to remove the backs after the first six weeks, and how the backs need to click in to keep the earrings secure. All the earrings are a high standard, and may be kept for life. The nicest thing was that the piercing was painless, which again wasn't the case with my first pair. I wholeheartedly recommend Beautique for piercings, and the standard of care is excellent.
Really friendly service and provided a lot of helpful advice. It was a little frustrating having to wait outside due to staff shortages but these things happen and at least it wasn’t raining.
Fantastic treatments and always inspirational conversation with Karwen. Whenever I leave the salon, even though I may only have been there an hour, I feel as if I've been on a mini retreat, as well as a pamper treatment session. Thank you so much.
