Yesterday I had an appointment with Milly and I had such a great time! I have a pretty difficult hair, as it was pink for many years, but now I wanted to change the colour. Milly was so professional all this time, and we took many sessions before to discuss what exactly we can do, the expectations and how we're going to do it. She did so much research and honestly, it's so appreciated to have a hairdresser who does that and really cares for your hair, thinking about it more like a project and not another day at work. In the end, removing the pink from my hair was the mission of a couple of other stylists at the salon. It's really nice to go somewhere, where the atmosphere is so friendly across staff, and they ask each other questions and second opinions and cooperate to give you the best service. Previously I went to Koko as well for haircuts and now if I ever have to go to another salon, I just show them a pic of myself with a haircut from Koko, because I loved it so much! I think it's the best hair salon in Guildford (I went because I got it recommended by someone else too) and I really enjoy going there. Shame I always kept on losing my loyalty card with stamps and had to get a new one every time, but now it's digital, so that's great too, lol.

Came in today for the first time as I have recently moved to the area. The atmosphere was so lovely and the salon is very welcoming. All staff were so friendly as I entered. Ellie did my hair today and was so lovely from start to finish checking I was happy with the length of the cut and the style as well as having a lovely chat about our lives. She offered me a lovely coffee too. Will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you all at Koko :)

My son recently went in for a cut and colour. He suffers with anxiety and was treated so wonderfully by all the staff. He told me he found himself happily engaging in conversation for the hours long visit he had. Which is unlike him. Not only were the staff friendly and accommodating, he left the salon beaming because they had done such an incredible job with his hair. Safe to say this will be his permanent hair salon. Megan consistently goes above and beyond, always with a smile. Her dedication makes every visit to Koko a pleasant and relaxing experience. All the staff are very welcoming.

Koko hairdressers in Guildford Surrey are far the best !! Their attention to detail is immense !! Fantastic friendly staff , you feel a sense of warmth and uniqueness from the moment you walk through the door. I have my haircut by Ciara who I have to say is extremely talented !! I am never disappointed with the cut and finish on my hair !!❤️ I haven't hair coloured by Milly May whom is very personable and Always listens to what I'd like !! Milly is very artistic and again amazing with colouring and cutting hair ❤️ I have Never been disappointed with Koko !! Highly recommend this salon !!!
