Gosh, the 1 star review isn’t anything I recognise from being a customer of Norsworthys for many years. The staff are lovely, all amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I’m a regular customer of various treatments including lash tints & lifts, waxing, facials, spray tan etc and whoever I have I’m happy when I come out. The salon is well run, clean, a welcome part of Horsell village, and its online booking is easy & efficient. Keep up the great work and thank you.

I regularly use Norsworthys and have done for years; I would not go anywhere else. The treatments are always expertly carried out and I've never had a complaint about a single one. I always feel relaxed the moment I walk through the door, and leave feeling even better. However what really makes Norsworthys stand out is the warmth and kind nature of Sammy-Jo, Magda, Kelly and Ellie. They are the dream team. They make you feel so at ease and are just wonderful. So lucky to have them in the village.

Had the best hour with Sammy today. I was booked in for a facial but my back arms and shoulders were aching from too much painting and decorating, sammy spent 1/2 hour massaging and half hour on my facial. I feel so much better thank you so much. Will definitely be going back. Friendly welcoming and adaptable.

Always a pleasure to visit Magda and get my regular gel manicure and pedicure done along with some eyebrow and eyelash treatments. I’ve also had some very relaxing massages. Magda has a great personality and we always have a lovely chat. When she hasn’t been available I’ve had the same excellent service and experience from the other team members. Well done Sammy-Jo for a first class salon.
