It was my first time visiting and had my hair cut with Venetia. It was one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had, she was so lovely and welcoming from the beginning and explained everything to me in such detail. She made sure I was happy with the idea and shape we were aiming for and taught me how to best style my hair and the best application of product for my hair type. I’m a beyond pleased with the result she has really brought my curls back to life and looking so much healthier. I will definitely be booking in again👍🏼

This is a very overdue review but I had a New Guest Curly Cut Experience in March after my neighbour recommended The Colour Room to me. Venetia was super friendly and gave me lots of hints and tips for my hair, and showed me how to get the best curl - I'd never seen it so curly! Above all she gave me the best shape haircut I have ever had, and four months later it still looks great! I really appreciated the items in the goody bag too. I'll definitely be coming back!

It was my first visit to this fabulous salon and I will definitely return. I had a keratin smoothing treatment with Charlotte. Charlotte is young and one of the junior members of the team but she is extremely talented and so knowledgeable. The service was top class and I would recommend Charlotte to anyone. Absolutely loving my frizz free hair. The salon has a lovely atmosphere and you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Charlotte

I had the best time today, a wonderful haircut in the most lovely setting! Where to start: Charlotte is only 19 and one of the junior stylists but when I tell you this is THE best haircut I’ve ever had in my life I’m not joking. One of the most professional & knowledgeable stylists I’ve encountered so far. It does tell a lot about the general vibe and professionalism of this salon. I was greeted with a lovely iced tea (you can get SO many different types of drinks & snacks by the way) and by lovely smiles. The rest of the appointment flew by with lots of chat, laughter and so many tips I got to take home to apply to my newly discovered curly hair. I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever into buying their products (although I definitely will buy some as the results speak for themselves) which is also very refreshing. This is also is probably the first time where I felt safe, not judged and genuinely heard in a hair salon. Just so amazed by the amount of knowledge and amazing personalities that run this place. Thank you Charlotte and the rest of the staff for a lovely experience. 10/10!

I had a session of Plasma Fibroblast treatments on my top lip, eye lid, under eye and crows feet in January and I cannot recommend Love Yourself Cosmetics enough. Such a friendly and professional service. The results are amazing and I am so pleased with every section done. I shall definitely be returning for more treatments

Have been having Botox and Profhilo since last year. I wanted a couple of "tweaks" leading up to my wedding in early September. The consultation process was fantastic. I was really impressed that treatments were recommended which were likely to show an improvement, not those that were more expensive. Katie is just lovely. I'm 56 and I don't feel like I'm up against a "Pan Am air stewardess"! She is a beautiful woman, not caked in makeup with eyelashes going over her head!!! She does what she promises. Aftercare advice is sound, hygiene practices are sound. I have had no issues, no adverse reactions and certainly no infections from the treatments. Recovery time for me, even with profhilo, has been less than 24hrs. A totally pleasant experience with a fantastic practitioner.

Just recently had some botox with Katie, found her to easy to talk to and explain how I wanted to look, not younger just fresher. katie done a great job had my follow up 2 weeks later needing just a tweek. I love the fact that she is happy for you to pop back if your not happy with the final result that impressed me.

I came to see Katie for Botox injections based on reading other reviews, and I just had to post my own. I was new to the area so was previously having my injections elsewhere, but I would have travelled here just to have the care I did with love Yourself Cosmetics. It has been the most pain-free Botox I have ever had and I have actually had the best results too compared to the treatments I had been receiving over the last 3 years! I have had many treatments done at Little Luxury Lounge and every single one has been amazing! Definitely the best prices in Baldock! I would highly recommend going here for amazing quality nails as the products she uses are not cheap! The salon is extremely clean so I have no worries about COVID and ruby is always helpful and friendly, she will 100% go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your treatments!

I have been getting my haircut at Tou's with Alex since 2016, and despite moving away from the area in 2019 I still get my hair cut there. I've always found finding a good barber difficult, and what I find with Alex is that he's personable and remembers our previous conversations despite having i'm sure hundreds of customers! Excellent haircuts which I'm always happy with and the booking system makes it a breeze in my busy schedule!

Took my 5 year old son - didn't have an appointment (you need one really), but they had a space so cut his hair. The barber was brilliant with him, really engaging. Hair cut was probably the favourite I've ever seen on my son. Brilliant. Will be going back.

I can't recommend this salon more. Genuinely lovely helpful staff, a great price point, very funky and modern, but without that intimidating element that makes you feel like you should just keep walking past. And for those looking for a real pamper session they also do drinks to get you merry for that special occasion as well as ensuring you have amazing hair! I see Brandie and she's saved my hair. After a haircut that left me feeling close to tears she sorted it out and gave me my confidence back. She's honest about what will work and what will suit you, and whilst I've never had her colour my hair I've seen her work and it is unbelievably good!

I love the ladies at Bows. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my hair now. The staff are so talented at what they do but are honest in their work. You can trust you will come out of Bows looking new. Fantastic massages from Nicola and beauty from Corinne as well!

AMAZING. Today I left the Salon the happiest I have ever left a hair salon !!! The colours in my hair are just beautiful Jade explained everything she was doing step by step and turned my dull coloured hair that was getting to dark and transferred it to a head of beautiful soft colours . So very happy have attached before and after pictures.

It’s always such a great experience going to The Salon. I had an awful balayage at a different hairdressers in Letchworth, and the wonderful Jade at The Salon worked a miracle and fixed it. I’ve been going to her ever since and would recommend her to anyone wanting a natural looking balayage. The first photo is my hair now, and the second is what it was like before Jade fixed it. She’s friendly, professional and listens to exactly what you want!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience here. Decided I finally wanted my hair dyed professionally and had the most amazing job done by Mia here at the Salon. She was so friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in until when I left. Mia is an absolute star! As someone who had no idea what I was doing she really made me feel comfortable by going through every option with me and helping me choose what would be my best route. Liv has maintained professionalism in each and every appointment and I am always left pleased with the end results. She has listened to what I do and don’t like and has styled my lashes to cater best to my eye shape. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I have ever got my eyelashes done and they look absolutely stunning, they feel so light on my eyes, they shape my face beautifully and I absolutely love them. I can’t wait to come back for a touch up on my lashes. Also, my nails look amazing and Teegan did an amazing job in replicating the design I wanted. She took her time with them and make sure I was happy with how they looked throughout the session. Thank you both ❤️

I went with Liv to get my lashes lifted and it was by far the best experience I have had, the atmosphere was cozy, Liv checked on me multiple times during my treatment and made sure everything was to standard and even better.
