It’s always such a great experience going to The Salon. I had an awful balayage at a different hairdressers in Letchworth, and the wonderful Jade at The Salon worked a miracle and fixed it. I’ve been going to her ever since and would recommend her to anyone wanting a natural looking balayage. The first photo is my hair now, and the second is what it was like before Jade fixed it. She’s friendly, professional and listens to exactly what you want!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience here. Decided I finally wanted my hair dyed professionally and had the most amazing job done by Mia here at the Salon. She was so friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in until when I left. Mia is an absolute star! As someone who had no idea what I was doing she really made me feel comfortable by going through every option with me and helping me choose what would be my best route. I cannot fault the service or the job she did and would recommend her, and the Salon, to anyone who’s looking for somewhere to have their hair done. Thank you for everything and I shall definitely be back in the future!

Jodie Barlow...what an amazing talent! Not only did she work wonders with the balayage she did on my hair, she has also improved my self confidence. From the minute you walk in the door Jodie makes you feel so welcome and you know you're in safe hands. I can't really sing her praises enough. I think the photos speak for themselves in terms of her talent as a hairdresser. She is not only very skilled, she is also just the loveliest person and someone I am now lucky enough to call a friend.

AMAZING. Today I left the Salon the happiest I have ever left a hair salon !!! The colours in my hair are just beautiful Jade explained everything she was doing step by step and turned my dull coloured hair that was getting to dark and transferred it to a head of beautiful soft colours . So very happy have attached before and after pictures.
