I’ve been coming to Jo for just over a year now, I was a newbie to hair extensions and Jo has taught me everything I needed to know. My hair looks absolutely fantastic and I have receive so many compliments all the time it’s boosted my confidence enormously. Jo is ever so friendly and so knowledgeable about what she does. The only downside is my appointments fly by so quickly with our lovely conversations. I would recommend Jo every time for her professional and friendly service!

Jo really listens to how you want your hair, while also offering her expert advice on how the best results can be achieved. The hair she uses is always of the highest quality and long lasting. Plus my colour match is always spot on. Not only that but Jo is a lovely person to talk to and really cares about all her salon clients. Would highly recommend Jo if you’re looking for extensions!

I’ve been coming to Jo la salon for 18 months now. I have very fine Ginger hair. Jo spends a lot of time making sure you cannot see the tapes as I don’t have a lot of hair to cover them. Jo spent a lot of time colour matching my hair as is a box dye and not Natural. I couldn’t recommend Jo enough. Her work is always good and I leave feeling great. Her attention to detail and drive to give you perfect hair each time is why I keep going back. She has a lovely team with her a Maddie who helps out is fantastic.

Jo has been my go-to for extensions for years, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. The quality of the hair is exceptional, and the fittings are always perfect. My colourist speaks very highly of Jo's expertise, which is a significant compliment coming from a fellow professional. Jo's friendly demeanor and consistent smile make every appointment a pleasure.

Reassuring to find such a well qualified and competent hairdresser, I couldn't have wished for better service and shall definitely be returning to her for continued maintenance. Sophie and Danny cut 3 generations of my family's hair this week, squeezing us all in last minute. Everyone at the salon is so friendly and Sophie is an artist! We all love our hairstyles and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

This was a much needed treat for myself and my friend after 5 weeks of radiotherapy. Emma was absolutely phenomenal and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in the door until the moment i left. Working in the industry I know how it can feel having to work around clients who are poorly with cancer and I can only commend Emma for her people skills. I really hope to see her again before I finish n my treatment and go back to jersey. Thanks again Emma for going above and beyond and making me feel truly relaxed after my week from hell xxx

I was greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable from the word go. Melissa was friendly but remained professional. The massage was heavenly, she massaged using just the right amount of pressure which made the whole experience very relaxing and comfortable. My shoulders prior to the massage were very tense but after they felt so much better. It was just what I needed with being a new mum and always on the go. I will definitely come back for the same again very soon. Thank you very much :)

Laura has been doing my hair extensions for a while now, I can say service is always great! she's caring, friendly and presentable. Her work room is always been up to standard and results are always amazing. Will be consistently returning and I will recommend anyone to go to her!

Laura is a very skilled, professional and lovely person and cannot recommend her enough. Laura's salon is beautiful and your always made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Laura is excellent at what she does and you will not come away disappointed with the results. She listens to what you want done and achieves it. Had my hair highlighted and cut by the lovely Hayley today. Beyond pleased! My first time at the salon and I felt like I'd been going there for years. Such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Looking forward to going back in 8 weeks time.

Thank you so much for the amazing cut and colour! Alisha did an awesome job. Nothing is too much trouble for the girls at Mint. They were happy to take the time to help me choose a different colour for my hair so that it suited me but also worked for the colour I already had on. I was spoiled with plenty of drinks and had a lovely cut and blow dry as always. Walked out feeling amazing. Can’t wait for next time.

Popped in for a quick hair cut, just a basic trim off of the ends, nothing fancy. They done that quickly, less than ten minutes, and it looks good. It's still more expensive than I think women should be paying for such a cut (£27), but cheaper than most other places in the area.

Fabulous! I needed to find a new hairdresser for colour and cut, so I popped into my local and am totally delighted with the results. Poppy listened to my concerns, took time to discuss the colour I wanted to achieve and gave the best advice. My hair looks and feels amazing. Great staff, good prices and a very welcoming place. I've been to a number of different salons, and this is the first one where I leave feeling pleased with my haircut. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are always friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the salon.

The girls at Vama are welcoming, warm, kind and super friendly. They do not make you feel like a customer and take time with your appointment. Me and my sister haven’t gone anywhere else since finding Vama. Just a lovely pampering experience no matter what treatment you’re having. Always leave with a smile on my face :)
