Rarely do I get my haircut - this is, I guess, an annual necessity. All the staff were ever so friendly with warm welcoming smiles and they couldn't do enough to make my experience more positive. Taking my soaking wet outer garments off, talking me through what I like, washing and massaging my scalp (something that I rarely relent to). Offering me a massage in the chair which I declined. A nice cup of tea and a friendly professional haircut done. Thank you Charlotte 😊.
