Had a fantastic appointment with Maxine this morning. She did a fabulous job with my hair but we also had a great chat and I came away feeling so happy and positive! Love it!

I came in wanting a restyle, with some ideas and photos but zero understanding of hair or if it would suit me. Laura took all of my requirements into account and told me exactly what was possible. She didn't try and pretend she could work miracles. As a result I ended up with a fab new style, that works for my face, hair, and limited time/skill at styling myself. I really don't enjoy visits to salons usually, but Hair OTT always make me feel welcome, calm, and in good hands throughout.

Elise was so lovely, friendly and welcoming. She & Maxine worked so well to try and incorporate the hair colours I’d asked for in the shorter time we had, and we’re so professional and honest with everything. I absolutely love my hair colour and cut - lovely salon with welcoming staff and relaxed setting! Thank you!

I love this hairdressers. I would definitely recommend. I used to move hair salons a lot as I never found one that felt right, or wasn't too happy with my cut when they were finished. This has never been the case with Shannon at Hair Ott Whiteley. She really listened to what I wanted and helped me to get my hair back to being healthy and starting to get long again after years of heat and bleach abuse 😅 always happy when I leave here :) 🩷

My daughter had an appointment with Lucy, she has Autism and hadn't been to a hair dresser in 3 years. Lucy took her through what she was going to do step by step in a really easy to understand way. She had such a great experience in Lucy's chair and has felt so confident since asking to go back already. Thank you for doing a wonderful job and making the experience so accessible for her. We have recommended Lucy to our daughters sen school :)
